Conventionally, as a double-glazed glass plate, a sealed space was formed between a pair of sheet glass parts facing each other via a spacer, and this made it possible to obtain high heat insulation and sound insulation effects while maintaining light transmission. It is known what has been done. However, in order to assemble such a double-glazed glass plate to other parts or parts during use, conventionally it is inconvenient because it has to be held in such a way that it wraps around the surrounding area.

According to the present invention, a pair of sheet glass portions facing each other with an interval and a peripheral portion between the pair of sheet glass portions is provided so as to form a sealed space between the pair of sheet glass portions. and a cylindrical packing fitted between through-holes formed at positions corresponding to the sealed space and facing each other in the pair of sheet glass parts, the cylindrical packing is characterized in that it has a flange portion interposed between the pair of sheet glass portions, a ring-shaped groove is formed on both axial end surfaces of the flange portion, and a sealing material is disposed in the groove. A double-glazed glass plate is obtained.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a double-glazed glass plate according to the present invention in a partially broken state. In this double-glazed glass plate 1, a pair of glass plates 2, 2 are opposed to each other via a frame-shaped spacer 3, and a sealed space 4 is formed between the pair of glass plates 2, 2. Whether the sheet glass 2, 2 is a transparent glass plate or a frosted glass plate is selected depending on the request. Further, the spacer 3 usually has a structure in which a desiccant is stored inside.

Furthermore, with reference to FIG. 2, through holes 5, 5 are formed in opposing positions of the pair of sheet glasses 2, 2, and a material made of polypropylene, hard rubber, etc. is formed between these through holes 5, 5. A cylindrical gasket 6 is fitted and attached. This cylindrical packing 6 integrally has a flange portion 7 sandwiched between the pair of glass plates 2, 2 on the outer circumferential surface of an intermediate portion in the axial direction. This flange portion 7 has ring-shaped grooves 8, 8 on both end faces in the axial direction, respectively. These grooves 8 are filled with a sealing material 9 made of polysulfide rubber.

With this structure, the cylindrical packing 6 combined with the pair of glass plates 2, 2 is prevented from moving in the axial direction and falling off because the flange portion 7 is sandwiched between the pair of glass plates 2, 2. Ru. In addition, plate glass 2, 2
By interposing the sealing material 9 between the flange portion 7 and the flange portion 7, air is prevented from entering the sealed space 4.

In this way, assembly holes 11 defined by the inner surface of the cylindrical packing 6 are formed at several locations in the double-glazed glass plate 1. Therefore, by inserting a pin or the like 12 into the assembly hole 11, the double-glazed glass plate 1 is assembled.
can be easily assembled.

By the way, if there is a risk of glass breakage due to the head 12' of the pin etc. 12 directly pressing against the plate glass 2, the pin etc. 12 will have a metal core 13 as shown in FIG. It is desirable to have a structure in which a hard rubber 14 is applied around the periphery of the hard rubber 14.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a plate glass 2 and a head 12' of a pin 12, etc.
If the intervening portion 15 is provided integrally, it is not necessary to apply hard rubber 14 to the pin etc. 12 as shown in FIG.

In either case, even if a strong clamping force is applied between the pair of sheet glasses 2, 2, in the area around the assembly hole 11, that is, a force that brings them closer together, there is no hard flange between them. Since the portion 7 is present, the plate glasses 2, 2 will not be excessively deformed and destroyed.
