る(特願昭69−47140号) 〔発明の構成〕 本発明は、かかる出願発明を更に改良したもの
であり、生海苔の軟化洗浄時に生じた汚水、不良
海苔の一部をかかる軟化洗浄の際に分離でき、そ
の後の分離作業を軽減化させうる生海苔連続軟化
洗浄装置を提供することであり、 その要旨は、流入口および流出口を有する円筒
状のハウジングと、このハウジング内に設置され
且つ所要数の弾性ベーンを放射状に有する撹拌羽
根体とを備え、前記ハウジングの内壁に所要数の
凹部を形成すると共に、前記撹拌羽根体が前記ベ
ーンを前記ハウジングの内壁に接触させながら回
転する生海苔連続軟化洗浄装置において、 前記ハウジングの壁肉内に前記凹部と連通する
排出孔を形成すると共にこの排出孔を前記ケーシ
ングの外部に開口し、且つこの開口部には開閉弁
が設置されていることを特徴とする生海苔連続軟
化洗浄装置である。

端部との間に挟んだ状態で摩擦する。すると、生
海苔は研磨されて、軟化洗浄され、海水と共に流
出口から排出される。一方、生海苔の軟化洗浄の
際に生じた汚水、不良海苔の一部は前記凹部を通
過して前記排出孔に流れ込み、開閉弁を開放する
ことによつてケーシング外部に排出される。

み、開閉弁を開放することによつてケーシング外
部に排出することができる。このため、軟化洗浄
後における汚水、不良海苔の分離作業が軽減化さ
れるものである。

が設置されていることを特徴とする生海苔連続軟
化洗浄装置。 2 前記ハウジングを、内側に排出溝を有する外
部円筒体と多孔質の内部円筒体とから構成し、外
部円筒体の内壁面に内部円筒体を隙間なく嵌着し
たことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の
生海苔連続軟化洗浄装置。
