を検知するタイマ装置、上記タイマ装置からの検
知信号により上記駆動機構に対して上記カバーを
閉じるように動作させる制御信号を出力する制御
回路を備えた磁気テープ駆動装置。 (2) タイマ装置は、カバーが開放されたままの
状態で第１の時間が経過したとき第１の検知信号
を発生する第１のタイマと、上記第１の検知信号
により計時を開始し、この計時開始時点から第２
の時間が経過したとき第２の検知信号を発生する
第２のタイマとを備え、上記第２の検知信号が制
御回路へ出力されるようにしたことを特徴とする
