[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a dust-proof vinyl chloride resin film (hereinafter abbreviated as dust-proof vinyl chloride film), and more specifically, the present invention relates to a dust-proof vinyl chloride resin film (hereinafter abbreviated as dust-proof vinyl chloride film). The dust-proof PVC film has an acrylic resin composition film on the surface of the soft PVC resin film, which reduces the adhesion of dust when expanded outdoors and maintains transparency and anti-fog properties for a long period of time, making it even more durable. Demand for agricultural use has increased rapidly in recent years.

However, in greenhouses for greenhouse horticulture, in recent years, during high temperatures during the day, a film stretched around the greenhouse is used as a ventilation section by winding up a pipe around the winter part or side of the greenhouse, and during rainy or cold nights. A simple ventilation method in which the film is rolled up and then rewound to seal the cage has become commonplace.

If a dust-proof PVC film is used in a ventilation method where the films overlap in this way, the film tends to cause blocking and make it difficult to unwind the film (particularly when the temperature is high in the summer, the pipes (mostly made of iron) are heated to 70°C. Temperatures have risen to near (2000), and if the winding contains condensed water or water from rain, the blocking becomes even more severe and it becomes difficult to unwind, creating a problem.

As a countermeasure against blocking of such films, there is a method of sandwiching a nonwoven fabric between the films and rolling them up to avoid pronking, but this method has the disadvantage that the amount of light transmitted when the house is sealed is reduced and the cost increases.

That is, the soft vinyl chloride resin used in the present invention is:
It is obtained by blending plasticizers, stabilizers, metal soap ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, etc. with vinyl chloride resin and forming it into a film, but in addition to the above additives, lubricants, pigments, or surfactants etc. may also be included. Further, a fluorine-based surfactant, which will be described later and is used in combination with the acrylic resin, may be included.

The acrylic resin in the present invention is a polymer obtained by polymerizing mainly acrylates and methacrylates, and when providing the acrylic resin composition on the soft vinyl chloride resin layer, it is used as a solution or dispersion. It will be done. This solution or dispersion may be either an aqueous dispersion or an organic solvent solution, and more preferably an aqueous dispersion that is unlikely to dissolve the plasticizer or vinyl chloride resin.

If the amount of the fluorine-based surfactant added is less than 0.02 parts by weight, the desired effect of suppressing blocking will be small, and it will be difficult to obtain a uniform coating surface when coating a vinyl chloride resin film with an acrylic resin. If the amount of the fluorine-containing surfactant added is more than 5 parts by weight, no significant improvement is observed in the blocking reduction effect, which is not economical.

There are various drying devices such as a flash drying method, a heat transfer drying method, an infrared heating method, etc., and one suitable for the coating liquid of the acrylic resin composition is selected. In addition, when using a coating liquid using an organic solvent, it is necessary to take various measures against the organic solvent. The drying temperature varies depending on conditions such as the acrylic resin, the solvent used, and the thickness of the coating film, but an aqueous dispersion is used.
