To make rainwater run down from the eaves gutter to the gutter or vertical gutter, install a water collector at an appropriate position on the eaves gutter, and connect the gutter or vertical gutter to the drainage outlet of this water collector via an appropriate connection member. The method of connecting is widely adopted. Such water collectors generally have a downwardly directed drain outlet at the lower end, and when connecting a gutter, an elbow joint of a desired angle is connected to the drain outlet. Therefore, the effective height including the elbow joint connection width from the upper end to the lower end is relatively large.
Gap h between the eaves of the upper roof R1 and the lower roof R2 as shown in the diagram
In a two-tiered roof R with a narrow roof, the above water collector is installed between the eave gutter T attached to the eaves of the upper roof R1 and the crawling gutter (nominal gutter) P attached to the lower roof R2 . There are many cases where it is impossible to arrange.

Therefore, a special shallow-bottomed water collector A having a tangent tube a that is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter to be introduced into the front side wall and slopes forward is adopted at such a location as shown in Fig. 3. Ru. Since this water collector A has a small effective height between its upper and lower ends, it has a two-tiered roof R as described above.
However, if the angle of inclination of the lower roof R2 does not match the angle of inclination of the above-mentioned pipe a, the water collector A may be tilted back and forth with respect to the eaves of the upper roof R1 . Not only does this damage the appearance, but there is a limit to the angle of inclination that can be accommodated with this type of water collector, and the effective drainage cross-sectional area of the water collector is also small, making it difficult to improve drainage efficiency. It wasn't necessarily perfect.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it is designed to reduce the effective height so that it can be installed on a two-tiered roof with a narrow gap, and it is also convenient to connect the gutter etc. so that the angle can be adjusted freely. We provide eave gutter water collectors.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be explained with the help of figures. Fig. 1 is a side view of a building showing an example of the use of the water collector of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a typical embodiment of the present invention. That is, the present invention is an eaves gutter water collector for transmitting rainwater from the eaves gutter T to the lower gutter P or vertical gutter. , the deepest side wall 1 of the water collector body 1
1. At least one cylindrical pipe 2 is disposed in parallel with the eaves gutter T to be introduced into the eaves 1, and the pipe 2 is used as a drain pipe communicating with the gutter P or the vertical gutter. It is a gutter water collector. In the figure, the water collector main body 1 has front, rear, left and right side walls 111, 112, 11.
3, 114 and the bottom wall 13, and the left and right side walls 111, 113
Cutouts 12, 12 are formed in the grooves so as to receive the eaves gutter T, and the notches 12 approximately match the cross-sectional shape of the eaves gutter T. Further, on the upper edge of the front side wall 112, a scattering prevention plate 112' which also serves as a decoration is provided. Right side wall 1
A cylindrical pipe 2 is disposed in parallel with the eaves gutter T near the front of the lower part of the water collector 11, and the pipe 2 serves as a drain pipe for draining the water collector main body 1 downward. It goes without saying that the right side wall 111 is provided with a circular hole 21 approximately equal to the inner diameter of the contact tube 2 at the location where the contact tube 2 is disposed.

To briefly explain the construction procedure for a rainwater drainage system using a water collector with the above configuration, a drainage port T1 is pre-drilled in the bottom of the water collector main body 1, which is attached and fixed to the eaves. Insert the eaves gutter T from the left and right directions into the notch 1.
2, 12 and attach and fix it to the eaves at a predetermined position. Next, the sluice P is connected to the connecting tube 2 via the right-angled elbow joint E. At this time, the elbow joint E is attached around the axis of the joint tube 2 in accordance with the desired angle of the nominal gutter P.
is rotated appropriately and externally fitted and fixed to the contact tube 2 via an adhesive or the like at a predetermined position.

As is clear from the above explanation of the structure and drainage construction procedure, the water collector main body 1 has a connecting tube 2 arranged parallel to the eaves gutter T on the right side wall 111 instead of the bottom wall 13, and the connecting tube 2 is used to drain water. Since it is a cylinder, its effective height H can be made smaller than that of conventional general water collectors, and therefore the gap h between the upper roof R1 and the lower roof R2 as shown in Figure 1 is narrow. It is also extremely suitable for rainwater drainage construction of the two-tiered roof R, and even if the slope angle of the lower roof R2 varies depending on the location, the joint tube of the elbow joint E as described above can be used in on-site construction. By fitting the water collector body 1 and the eaves gutter T to the upper surface of the lower roof R 2 of the lower roof R 2 without changing the installation angle of the once fixed water collector body 1 and the eaves gutter T, It is very easy to attach along the line. Furthermore, since the bottom wall 13 of the water collector body 1 is sloped back and forth, and the contact tube 2 is provided on the deepest side wall 11 of the body 1, it can be matched to the sloped lower roof R2 as shown in the figure. In addition, the water collector main body 1 has sufficient water collection capacity (amount) even when the gap h is narrow. Moreover, this water collector body 1 is not limited to connection with the gutter P,
By making the axis of the discharge side of the elbow joint E vertical, it is possible to connect it to a vertical trough (not shown), and its range of application is extremely wide. Also,
Since the connecting tube 2 serving as a drainage tube does not need to be disposed on the front side wall like the connecting tube a of the water collector A in FIG. It also has the advantage of giving a luxurious image like a water vessel.

Although the above example shows the case where the contact tube 2 is installed only on the right side wall 111, it is also possible to install it on the left side wall 113 and use both depending on the conditions of the installation location. (Of course, the side that is not in use should be blind); conversely, it is also possible to use both sides as drain pipes to separate the drainage, which adds even more convenience to the above. Furthermore, the water collector main body 1 can be freely arranged in a reversed front-to-back relationship, and this looks better if it is connected from the eaves to a vertical gutter along the outside wall of the building using a gutter. If the above-mentioned scattering prevention plate 112' is freely attached to the front and rear side walls 112, 114, there is an advantage that it can be used in such a front-back and reverse-reversal relationship. Furthermore, although it is not shown in the figure, even if the water collector is installed in an outgoing corner or an incoming corner, if the above-mentioned contact pipe 2 is arranged parallel to the axis of either eaves gutter into which the axis is introduced, It is obvious from the above that effects similar to those described above can be obtained.

As mentioned above, the eaves gutter water collector of the present invention can be installed on the upper eaves of a two-tiered roof with a narrow gap without any problems, and can be installed in accordance with the slope angle of the lower roof without impairing the appearance or functionality. It is a convenient water collector that can be connected to a gutter and has an extremely wide range of applications, and its utility value is extremely high.
