(Prior art) Electric waterproof doors with built-in drive motors are installed at the entrances and exits of large-scale underground malls in order to prevent water from entering the entrances and exits of buildings such as underground malls during floods. Since they are large and expensive, removable waterproof plates are widely used as relatively simple waterproof equipment. However, with removable waterproofing panels, it is necessary to carry the waterproofing board stored in a warehouse etc. to the entrance and secure it to the entrance every time there is a risk of flooding, so it takes a considerable amount of time to waterproof many entrances and exits. In addition, there was a problem in that many methods were required for transporting, fixing, and cleaning up the waterproof board.

1 is a box buried in the floor of the entrance with its upper end flush with the floor, and a gate-shaped frame 2 is erected around the entrance at both ends of one side of the box 1. . Reference numeral 3 denotes a waterproof door which is pivotally attached to a part of the box body 1 near the frame body 2 with a link type hinge 4, and the waterproof door 3 has a manual waterproof door puller on the opposite side of the hinge 4. It is equipped with an upper handle 5, and normally serves as a lid that covers the upper surface of the box 1 as shown in Fig. 1, and serves as an entrance/exit passageway, but in an emergency, you can use the handle 5 to lift the upper part. If you pull it up, the waterproof door 3
By the action of a link-type hinge 4, it approaches the frame 2 from a perpendicular direction and comes into close contact with a waterproof gasket 6 protruding from the entire circumference of the frame 2. Reference numeral 7 denotes a telescopic mechanism for raising the waterproof door provided inside the box body 1, and is slidably fitted inside the outer cylinder 9 whose rear end is pivoted to the box body 1 with a pin 8. inner cylinder 10
A strong spring 11 having an elastic force that balances the weight of the waterproof door 3 is built in between them. A bifurcated link 12 is provided at the tip of the inner cylinder 10.
is pivotally mounted, its upper end is pivotally mounted to the back surface of the waterproof door 3, and a roller 13 is attached to its lower end.
Furthermore, an inclined guide part 14 is provided inside the box body 1 and is in contact with the lower surface of the roller 13 in normal times, and the stretching force in the substantially horizontal direction immediately after the extension of the telescopic mechanism 7 starts is applied to this inclined guide part 14. Therefore, the direction is changed diagonally upward, supporting the weight of the waterproof door 3, and the waterproof door 3 can be easily opened manually. Reference numeral 15 denotes a folding stopper that becomes a rod-shaped body to support water pressure when the waterproof door 3 is raised, and a lower link 16 whose lower end is pivotally connected to the box body 1.
A short intermediate link 17 is pivotally connected to the upper end of the lower link 16, and an upper link 18 is pivotally connected to the upper end of the intermediate link 17. The upper link 18 has a male thread 20 with an adjustment nut 19 at its upper end. Once inserted, the tip of the male screw 20 is pivotally attached to the back surface of the waterproof door 3. Each of these links is normally folded and stored inside the box body 1 as shown in Figure 1, but when the waterproof door 3 is erected as shown in Figure 2, they are in a straight line and the lower links The cylindrical body 21 loosely fitted to the intermediate link 1
7 and fix the pivoting portion between each link so that it cannot be bent, it becomes a strong rod-shaped body. Also, operate the adjustment nut 19 of the upper link 18 to tighten the male screw 2.
If you extend 0, the stopper 1 becomes a rod-shaped body.
5 further strengthens the frame 2 of the waterproof door 3 in the upright state.
Even if a large water pressure is applied to the waterproof door 3 by pressing the waterproof gasket 6, the water pressure is supported by the stopper 15 so that no water leakage occurs. In the figure, 22 is a handle for fixing the waterproof door provided at an appropriate location on the waterproof door 3, 23 is a fixing groove formed in the frame 2 into which the handle 22 is inserted, and 24 is a lower part of the frame 2. This is an auxiliary board that is pivotally attached to the floor and is normally flush with the floor.

With this structure, as shown in Figure 1, the waterproof door 3, which is pivotally attached to the box 1 buried in the entrance, covers the top of the box 1 and is flush with the floor of the entrance. Although it forms a flat passageway, in case of an emergency such as a flood, if you put your hand on the handle 5 for pulling up the waterproof door and pull it upward, the waterproof door 3 can be opened inside the box 1. The self-weight is supported by the telescopic mechanism 7 which has a built-in spring 11 with an elastic force that balances the self-weight of No. 3, and it stands up easily and comes into close contact with the waterproof gasket 6 of the frame 2 as shown in Fig. 2. Immediately after the start of standing up, the stretching force of the telescoping mechanism 7 is converted diagonally upward by the inclined guide portion 14 as described above, and the telescoping mechanism 7 further extends, causing the roller 13 of the link 12 to tilt. Since the extension force is diagonally upward after leaving the guide part 14, the waterproof door 3 can easily stand up manually with its own weight supported by the extension force of the extension mechanism 7. When the waterproof door 3 is erected in this way, each link of the folding stopper 15 is in a straight line, so the cylindrical body 21 is placed over the intermediate link 17 to form the stopper 15 into a rod-shaped body and the waterproof door is fixed. When the handle 22 is inserted into the fixing groove 23 of the frame 2, the waterproof door 3 is strongly pressed against the waterproof gasket 6 of the frame 2 and comes into close contact with it, so that even if water pressure is applied to the waterproof door 3, it will not stick to the rod-shaped body. Water pressure is supported by the worn stopper 15, and complete waterproofing is achieved to prevent water from entering through the entrance/exit. Also, after the water has receded, remove the handle 22 for fixing the waterproof door, remove the cylindrical body 21 of the folding stopper 15 from the intermediate link 17, and then hold the handle 5 and push the waterproof door 3 downward. , the waterproof door 3 is supported by its own weight by the telescoping mechanism 7, and is easily lowered to return to the state shown in FIG. 1. In addition, a locking mechanism for the waterproof door 3 is provided on the underside of the handle 5 for lifting the waterproof door, and when the handle 5 is pulled up, the lock is released, and when the handle 5 is released after the waterproof door 3 is laid down horizontally, the lock mechanism is automatically released. If it is locked, the waterproof door 3 will not be accidentally raised due to the stretching force of the telescopic mechanism 7, making it safe.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention allows entrances and exits to be waterproofed easily and quickly by hand. Not only does it not require transportation or cleanup, it also has an excellent waterproof effect that can withstand large water pressure, and it can be installed at a much lower cost than electric models. It has great practical value as it solves the problems of conventional manual waterproof doors of this type.
