Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は開封が容易で、しかも内容物の収納保
持及び品質保存に好適な包装用袋体を提供せんと

従来、包装用袋体は内容物の収納保持及び品質
保存の為、通常開口部が封緘され提供されてい
る。かかる袋体にあつては封緘が適切でないと内
容物がこぼれ出たり、内容物の品質が劣化してし
まつたりの支障を来たすこととなる。従つて確り
した封緘が為されているが、この確りした封緘は
取りも直さず袋体の開封(剥離)をすこぶる困難

又、一般的に言つて合成樹脂フイルムないし各
種積層フイルム素材による袋体は引き裂き開封が
困難であり、かかる袋体の開封を容易とする為に
従来各種引裂手段が用いられている。しかし、こ
の各種引裂手段は概ね引裂手段の形成ムラによつ
て引き裂き難い部分が生じ易く、又逆に引き裂き
易くなりすぎて輸送運搬時や陳列販売時等に衝撃
加圧を受けた時に引き裂けて内容物が散乱してし
まう欠点がある為、その成形に精密さと均一さが
要求され必然的にコスト高へと結びついていた。
更に、従来実用化されている引裂手段は袋体が保
有している気密機能を損なつてしまうものが多
く、内容物の品質を保護するためにも好ましくな
かつた。たとえば引裂手段を設けた袋体の一つと
して実公昭38−17167号に示される袋体がある
が、此種引裂手段は開封し易くするためにフイル
ムを肉薄としており、その結果として該肉薄部よ
り酸素や湿気が透過して内容物の経時変質を招
く。従つて、気密機能等が要求されないような内
容物を収納する場合には適用できても、要求され
る場合には結局頑丈な封縅を鋏やナイフにより開
封するという不便な態様に頼らざるを得ないのが

本考案は、上記した従来包装用袋体に於ける問
題点を解決し、開封が容易で且つ袋体に要求され
る内容物の収納保持及び品質保存の機能を兼ねそ
なえた包装用袋体を提供せんとするもので、以下
その実施例を図面に基き説明する。図面に於いて
1は合成樹脂単層フイルムないし各種積層フイル
ム素材により形成される袋体で、その開口部の開
口端縁より少しく袋体の内方において、一方の袋
体側端部から他方の袋体側端部に至る開口部の全
域に亘つて袋体の内側面が適宜幅を以つて剥離容
易に接着された封緘部2が設けられている。この
剥離容易な封緘部2は例えばヒートシール、パー
トコート剤、ホツトメルト或いは感圧性接着剤等
により形成されるが、この封緘部2によつて袋体

1の開封を容易とする為に前述したように剥離容
易となつていることにより、袋体1が収納される
内容物の嵩ばりやガス圧によつて封緘が剥離して
しまつたり、或いは輸送運搬時や陳列販売時等に
衝撃加圧を受けた場合封緘が剥離し内容物が散乱
してしまう危険性がある為で、かかる各種圧力が
封緘部2に作用しないように、封緘部2に近接し
て少しく下方に設けた咬合具3で圧力を受け止め
るようにしているもので、即ち本考案は剥離容易
イコール気密性の欠如とはならない事実に着目
し、剥離容易ではあつても前述のような構造とす
ることによつて十二分に気密性が保てるように
し、しかしその剥離容易性から生じる内容物の収
納保持の問題点を、咬合具をもつてくることによ

いから、多少咬合具3を通過する流体があつたと
しても封緘部2で確実に遮断されて外部へ滲出す

ば窒素充填など高度の気密性を必要とする内容物
の収納にも有効である。又、咬合具3によつて袋
体1に要求される内容物の収納保持機能を確保し
ているから、開封のし易さを主眼とし袋体1の気
密が失なわれない最低限の範囲内で封緘部2をき
わめて剥離容易な構造とすることも出来るもので
