Description
図面は本考案の実施例を示すもので、第１図と
第６図は組立箱の展開図、第２図と第５図はシー
ト材の部分断面図、第３図は第１図の組立箱を組
立た状態の平面図、第４図はその断面図である。 図中、１はシート材、１ａは板状層、１ｂは導
電性合成樹脂層、２は膨出部、３は空気室、４は
収納物品、１１は底板、６１２はヒンジ部、１３
〜１６は側板片、１７はヒンジ部、１８，１９は
蓋板片、２１はヒンジ部、２２〜２４は折込み片
である。
第６図は組立箱の展開図、第２図と第５図はシー
ト材の部分断面図、第３図は第１図の組立箱を組
立た状態の平面図、第４図はその断面図である。 図中、１はシート材、１ａは板状層、１ｂは導
電性合成樹脂層、２は膨出部、３は空気室、４は
収納物品、１１は底板、６１２はヒンジ部、１３
〜１６は側板片、１７はヒンジ部、１８，１９は
蓋板片、２１はヒンジ部、２２〜２４は折込み片
である。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 四角形である底板の各辺に側板片が、これ
ら側板片のうちの相対向した一方の組の側板片に
蓋板片が、また他方の組の側板片の各外側辺に折
込み片がそれぞれヒンジ部を介して連設されてい
るシート材を合成樹脂層と板状層との積層材によ
り形成し、このシート材を各ヒンジ部によつて折
曲げ、合成樹脂層を内面として箱状に組立自在と
した組立箱において、上記シート材の合成樹脂層
は導電性を有し、この導電性合成樹脂層には対と
なる底板と蓋板片または外側板片の部分に複数個
の膨出部を設けると共に、これら膨出部と板状層
との間には空気室を形成して成ることを特徴とす
る組立箱。 (2) 導電性合成樹脂層がカーボングラフアイト
粒子を含有する発泡体樹脂層であることを特徴と
する前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の
組立箱。
