Conventional small sprayers can be broadly classified into aerosol sprayers and manual sprayers.
Aerosol sprayers are extremely convenient to use, as high-pressure liquid is ejected by simply pressing down slightly on the spray head at the top of the stem, which protrudes upward through the top wall of the container. There are drawbacks such as causing pollution if released into the environment. On the other hand, manual sprayers do not use gas, so they do not have the above disadvantages, but because they operate the pump below the stem and spray by moving the spray head at the top of the stem up and down, the spray pressure may vary. Liquid drips from the nozzle hole easily, and the mist becomes coarse.
Furthermore, the length of the stem becomes longer by the stroke required to operate the pump, which causes disadvantages such as the spray head becoming an obstruction and the packaging becoming too bulky.

Examples 1, 2, and 3 will be explained below with reference to the attached drawings.
and 4 is the above-mentioned fixed part, the second cylinder,
A double ended piston and a spraying means. Fixed part 1
The upper half is formed into a large-diameter guide cylinder 5 and the lower half is formed into a small-diameter first cylinder 6, and a through hole 7 in the bottom and a first suction are formed on the lower surface of the bottom of the first cylinder 6. A suction pipe 9 that communicates with the inside of the cylinder via a valve 8 is attached and fixed, and the upper end of the guide cylinder portion 5 is screwed into the upper small diameter portion of the holding member 1 which is screwed into the neck and neck portion of the liquid storage container body 10. By wearing the container body 10, it is suspended and fixed within the container body 10.

The second cylinder 2 has a top wall member 12 screwed onto its upper end, has an open bottom, and has a large outer diameter so that the lower end can be moved up and down airtightly into the guide cylinder 5 of the fixed part 1. The inner diameter of the first cylinder 6 is larger than that of the first cylinder 6. The lower end large diameter portion 13 is engaged with the presser member 11 and also serves as a stopper for regulating the upper limit position of the second cylinder.

The double-headed piston 3 has a lower end formed into a first cylinder piston 14 and an upper end formed into a second cylinder piston 15 having a larger diameter than the first cylinder piston 14, and is fitted into both cylinders 6 and 2 in an airtight manner, respectively. It is a common type that can be inserted, and has a through hole 16 in the axial direction so that both cylinders 6 and 2 can communicate with each other.
A second suction valve 17 is fixed to the top surface of the piston 15 for the second cylinder, and is always urged upward by a spring 18 installed in the first cylinder 6, so that the second suction valve 17 is forced upwardly through the top wall member 12 as shown in the figure. 2 cylinder 2 is pushed up to its upper limit. Although not shown in the drawings, it is preferable to provide a protrusion vertically on the bottom surface of the top wall member 12 to form an appropriate gap between it and the second suction valve 17 in the illustrated state.

Next, the spraying means 4 is completely similar to that used in conventionally known aerosol containers, and a spraying head 20 is attached to the upper end of a stem 19 that passes through the top wall member 12 airtightly and movably up and down. When the spray head 20 is pushed down against the bias, the stem 19 descends, thereby opening the discharge valve at the lower end of the stem, and when the spray head 20 is released, the spray head 20 is attached together with the stem 19. The force causes it to return upward, thereby closing the discharge valve. In the illustrated example, the stem penetrating portion of the top wall member 12 is formed by a separately provided plate portion 21, and the plate portion 21 is airtightly fitted into a hole bored in the top wall member 12. Attached to the lower surface is a valve box 22 in which a stem 19, whose lower end communicates with the second cylinder 2, is freely inserted. In the figure, 23 is a nozzle hole, 24 is a push-down cap that is removably fitted to the top wall member 12, and 25 to 28 are sealing rings.

In the above configuration, in a steady state when the double-ended piston 3 and the second cylinder 2 are pushed up to the upper limit position by the spring 18, the first cylinder 6 is in a negative pressure state, so that the liquid in the container body 10 is is passed through the suction pipe 9 and the first suction valve 8.
It is sucked up into the cylinder 6. When spraying here, manually enter the second spray via the cap 24.
The cylinder 2 and double-ended piston 3 are pushed down against the spring 18. Then, since the liquid pressure inside the first cylinder 6 increases, this pressurized liquid flows into the through hole 1.
6. Enters into the second cylinder 2 through the second suction valve 17.

Here, the downward force applied to the top surface of the piston 15 by the pressurized liquid is applied to the piston 14 by the spring 18.
The piston 15
Since the diameter of the cylinder is made large and its pressure receiving area is large so that a radial differential pressure acts on the double-ended piston 3, the pressurized liquid is smoothly transferred to the second cylinder 2, and this transfer causes the double-ended piston to 3 gradually descends, and when the transfer of a predetermined amount of pressurized liquid is completed, the second suction valve 17 closes, so that the second cylinder 2 maintains the state in which the pressurized liquid is stored.

Therefore, in this state, remove the cap 24,
When the spray head 20 is pushed down, the discharge valve opens and the high-pressure liquid in the second cylinder 2 passes through the stem 19 and is sprayed out from the nozzle hole 23 of the spray head 20 in the form of a mist. When the liquid in the second cylinder 2 runs out, the spraying stops, but when the spray head 20 is released, each part returns to its original state, so the above operation can be repeated for repeated spraying if necessary.

According to the above-mentioned configuration of the present invention, the second cylinder 2 which is manually pushed down is arranged above the first cylinder 6 which pressurizes the sucked liquid, and both cylinders 6,
A double-ended piston 3 with a hole, which is biased upward, is passed between the two cylinders to enable communication between the two cylinders, and the piston 15 for the second cylinder is made larger in diameter than the piston 14 for the first cylinder, so that the double-ended piston 3 has a diameter difference. Since the pressure is applied, the liquid can be stored in the second cylinder in a high pressure state by the liquid pressurization operation, and therefore, the stem 19 is not related to the pump drive in order to eject the pressurized liquid. Since it is sufficient to have a discharge valve opening/closing function, this stem 1
The length of the spray head 9 can be much shorter than in conventional manual sprayers, so that even though it is a manual sprayer, the spray head 20 does not get in the way as it does with aerosol sprayers and can be packaged easily. does not become excessive. Further, spraying can be performed by only slightly pushing down the spray head 20, and since the pushing down of the spray head 20 is not the same as pushing down a piston as in the conventional case, only a small operating force is required. Also, since the pistons of both cylinders are commonly used as double-headed pistons with pistons 15 and 14 formed at the upper and lower ends, the structure is simplified, and the shapes of each part are simple, making it suitable for molding and manufacturing with synthetic resin, and providing it at low cost. It has the advantage of being able to
