- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加熱ロールと該加熱ロールに圧接する圧接ロー
ルとを具備し、前記両ロール間に転写紙を通過さ
せて転写紙上のトナーを定着する定着装置におい
て、 転写紙の非画像形成部に対応する加熱ロールの
領域に接触して温度検出素子を設け該温度検出素
子の検出結果に応じて上記加熱ロールを温度制御
することを特徴とする定着装置。
