られる。このようなことからランプカバーは必然
的に小さくなり、しかも外力が加わりにくい部分
に設けられることになり、本来の表示機能が損わ

考案の構成

形成して係止穴からの係止部の不用意な離脱と内

係合する。１８はこの係止部１７ａと反対側に位
置して係止片１７に設けた突出部で、取付け状態
において前記係止穴１７の内面と近接するように
形成している。すなわち、ランプカバー取付時は
係止片１７の弾性を利用して係止穴１６に係止片
１７を圧入し、係止部１７ａによつて係合する。
この状態において突出部１８が係止穴１６内に位

変形を防止してガタツキ等が生じることのない堅
固な固定が行える補強効果も奏するとともに、ラ
ンプカバーはその内側にランプ穴を有する支持部
を形成しているため、ランプカバーの内方への変
位も防止してランプの破損も防止するもので、外
力に対して頗る強固なものが得られる。従つて、
このランプカバーは表示機能を優先してアイロン
であれば握部の下方の比較的手等によつて外力の
加わりやすい位置に設けることが可能となり、し
かもランプの表示がタンク内の水量をも見やすく
できる効果がある。さらにこのランプカバーはう
すい厚みで、しかも大きく設けることができ、一
層表示効果を高めることができるとともに、薄肉
化によつて安価に得ることができる等その実用的
