DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a structure of a liquid pouring portion of a liquid container such as a magic bottle, in which the liquid is injected from the top and poured from the bottom. In conventional liquid containers of this kind, a heat-insulating inner container is housed within an outer case, and the inner container has an opening for pouring and dispensing only at the top. Therefore,
When dispensing the contents, there are inconveniences such as having to lift and tilt the entire liquid container and repeatedly operating the air pump. In the present invention, an upper opening for injection is formed at the upper part of the medium container, a lower pipe is protruded from the lower part, a lower opening is provided at the lower end of the pipe, and the lower opening is connected to the spout via an on-off valve. The container is connected to the container and the on-off valve is operated so that the liquid inside flows out from the spout at the bottom of the container due to its own weight.

By the way, conventionally, in this type of liquid container, when holding the middle container inside the outer case, the periphery of the upper opening of the middle container is supported by a shoulder body, and a tightening body is screwed onto the bottom body of the outer case. The medium container was held by pushing up the bottom of the medium container with the lifting body. In this case, when a large force is applied to the liquid container from the side, the bottom of the middle container slips and swings from the tightening body, and as a result, a straining force is applied to the support part with the shoulder body. Container may be damaged. In the past, with conventional containers, the above-mentioned phenomenon did not occur even if the container was simply overturned, and it was not seen as a serious problem. If the main body 1 is in a high position and falls over, the main body 1
A large centrifugal force acts on this part, and the speed at which the main body 1 hits the floor increases, so it receives an extremely large impact compared to conventional general containers, and the inner container is extremely susceptible to damage. It is.

In this heat-insulating container, the contents can be poured into the inner container 8 by removing the stopper 19. A portion of the injected content liquid flows into the connecting member 39 through the lower opening 10, but because the normally closed valve 57 of the spout unit 46 is normally closed, it does not flow out from the spout 5. do not have.
On the other hand, a part of the content liquid passes through the tube 43 to the water level pipe 6.
It flows into 8. The water level pipe 71 communicates with the inner periphery of the shoulder body 3 via the ventilation pipe 24a, and into the inner container 8 through the gap between the stopper 19 and the inner wall of the upper opening 9 of the inner container 8. The liquid level coincides with the liquid level in the medium container 8.

Next, operate the knob 66 to slide the control member 64 upward, and operate the operating section 60 to move the operating member 58.
When rotated counterclockwise in the figure from the front to the bottom, the hanging part 59 pushes the head 55 and the valve rod 54
The valve body 53 is tilted rearward via the valve 53, the normally closed valve 57 is opened, and the liquid content flows out from the spout 5.
At this time, since the upper opening 9 communicates with the outside air through the small notch 23, the inside of the medium container 8 is not depressurized due to the outflow of the contents.

When the force pushing the operating member 58 is removed, the valve lever 54 is biased forward by the elasticity of the spring 56.
As the on-off valve 57 closes, the operating member 58 is rotated clockwise to return to its original position. When the control member 64 is slid downward by operating the knob 66 in this state, its lower end 68 is inserted in front of the control protrusion 61, and the operating member 58 cannot be rotated counterclockwise. There is no risk of the liquid contents spilling out.

In the present invention, since the connecting pipe 40 in the connecting member 39 is made of an elastic material, the inner container 8
By inserting the lower tube 37, an airtight connection can be achieved, and even if there is some error in the outer diameter or length of the lower tube 37, it can be accommodated. Furthermore, since the connecting tube 40 is pressed into the center hole 38 of the closing body 34, the lower mouth tube 37 is held by the closing body 34 via the connecting tube 40, and the bottom of the middle container 8 is displaced laterally. Never. Therefore,
As mentioned above, even if the liquid container falls over and is subjected to a large impact, the middle container 8 is supported against the exterior body 7 by the upper end and the lower mouth pipe 37, so that it does not move laterally. This prevents the inner container 8 from being damaged due to the fact that it is not tilted, no straining force is applied locally. Experiments have shown that in conventional magic bottles, when the magic bottle is dropped from a height of 20cm on its side, the inner container of most cases is damaged, but this invention was applied. In the case of Shitamahobin, the inner container did not break even when dropped from a height of about 1 m, and it had extremely high impact resistance.
