    室の壁内面に、平均繊維径０．３〜０．９μｍの
    範囲のガラス繊維から成る第１吸音材層と平均繊
    維径５〜８μｍの範囲のガラス繊維から成る第２
    吸音材層との重合層を設けて成るクリーンルーム
    用空気浄化ユニツト。
