発明が解決しようとする問題点
しかし従来の消失鋳型は、鋳型内に溶湯を注湯して、溶

発明の効果
この発明は以上詳述したように、鋳造する前に鋳型内の
模型を消失させることから、鋳造時ガスなどが発生する
こともなく、これによって大損りなガス吸引装置を必要
としないため、設備費の節減が図れると共に、鋳物中に
ガスが混入して欠陥の原因となる虞れも防止できる。ま
た模型消失後形成されるキャビティの内面はセラミック
などの被覆層で被複されていることから、粘結剤や鋳造
後の砂落しが不要となり、造型や鋳造時の省力化が図れ
るようになると共に、製品の寸法精度の向上も図れるよ
