Conventionally, in such a device, a roller is pressed against a moving continuous pouch body, the roller is rotated as the continuous pouch body moves, and this roller drives a pulse transmitter, which is proportional to the moving length of the continuous pouch body. A method has been proposed in which the cutter of the cutting section is operated at every fixed pulse by generating a pulse, but in practice, the cutting section gradually shifts due to the accumulation of errors and cuts parts other than the sealing section. It is not practical as there is a risk of

That is, the present invention provides a pair of upper and lower movable thickness detection rollers, and also uses a pulse generator to detect the feeding length of the continuous pouch bodies and to detect the boundary of the continuous pouch bodies. The cutting section operates only when the following conditions are met, thereby eliminating cumulative errors.

The feed amount of the continuous pouch body 3 descending through the guide roller 2 is detected by counting the number of pulses from the pulse transmitter 26 using a pulse counter, but if the detected value is between the lower limit value X and the upper limit value Y At some point, a signal indicating that cutting is possible is sent to the control section of the rotary cutter 39, but the cutter 39 is not activated by this signal alone.

On the other hand, when the thickness detection roller 17 reaches the middle of the seal part 5, the upper thickness detection roller 16 rides on the lower part of the upper pouch part 4, so the switch 18 turns OFF and the switch 19 remains ON. A signal is sent from the cutter 39 to the control section of the cutter 39. That is, when the count number of the counter is between the lower limit value X and the upper limit value Y, the thickness detection roller 16
At the same time, the feed roller 3 rides on the pouch portion 4.

Thereafter, by switching the switching valve, the hose 55 is communicated with the atmosphere, the suction cup 53 is separated from the pouch 44, the elevating frame 51 returns to the position shown by the chain line by the action of the cylinders 56 and 48, and the piston rod 49 also rises, so that the elevating frame 51 also moves to the first position.
Returning to the position shown in the figure, the shutter 46 also advances to the front of the chute 43, the feed rollers 36, 36 are activated to begin feeding out the continuous pouch body 3, and the pulse counter starts counting from 0.

The above example shows a case where two double-sided adhesive tapes are pasted on the left and right sides of the continuous pouch body, then cut and pasted inside the large bag, but one double-sided adhesive tape is placed in the center of the continuous pouch body. Alternatively, two single-sided adhesive tapes may be pasted half on the left and right sides of the front of a continuous small bag body, and the exposed parts may be used to paste on the large bag. However, the present invention can be applied to devices other than the device for pasting a pouch onto the inner surface of a large package.

The present invention relates to a detection roller that rotates in contact with continuous pouches in a device that feeds and cuts continuous pouches containing powdery or granular articles in pouches connected at regular intervals at a fixed pitch as described above. The number of pulses emitted from the pulse transmitter driven by is counted, and the upper detection roller of the pair of upper and lower thickness detection rollers rides on the lower part of the upper pouch section, and the lower detection roller rides on the upper pouch section. By detecting the boundary between the seal part and the pouch, the seal part was always located at the cutting part when the two conditions matched, so there was no chance that parts other than the seal part would be cut due to accumulation of errors. The fear disappears. Furthermore, since the detection of the pouch is performed by the detection roller, there is no risk of damaging the pouch unlike in the case of detection using a thin wire.

1. A feed roller that intermittently sends downward a continuous pouch body in which pouch parts and seal parts are alternately provided by storing powdered, granular, etc. articles and sealing them at regular intervals, and stopping the continuous pouch body. The apparatus for processing continuous pouches includes a cutting section for cutting the seal portion, and a thickness detection section having a pair of upper and lower movable thickness detection rollers for detecting a difference in thickness between the seal portion and the pouch portion of the continuous pouch body. and a feed length detection section having a pulse transmitter that transmits a pulse proportional to the amount of movement of the continuous pouch body, and the feed length detection section detects a distance within a range of ±a of the interval A between the seal portions of the continuous pouch bodies. The conditions under which internal movement was detected, and the upper detection roller of the thickness detection section running over the lower part of the upper pouch section, and the lower detection roller not running over the lower part of the upper pouch section, caused the seal section of the continuous pouch body to overlap with the pouch. A detection device for a continuous pouch body configured to operate the cutting part to cut a sealed part of the continuous pouch body under conditions in which a boundary between the continuous pouch bodies is detected.
