Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は熱交換器組み込み形換気扇に関するも
ので、各場所の温度を換気扇部分で表示し使用者
にその効果を表わすようとしたものに関するもの

従来この種の換気扇に於ては特に温度表示装置
はなくメーカー側のカタログ等でどの位の効換率
を有しているかだけが表示されていたもので、使
用者にとつて目で確認する事は出来なかつた。従
つて製品に対する認織度も少なく省エネルギー機
器としての扱いも十分なものでなかつた。本考案
は上述の如き事情に鑑みてなされたもので、排気
用送風機と給気用送風機とを内蔵した箱体に互い
の風の流れ内で熱交換がなされる様な位置に全熱
交換器を設け、熱回収をしながら強制換気するも
のにおいて、外気温度と室内温度と熱交換後の温
度を測定できる3個所にそれぞれ温度素子を位置
させ、各々の温度を室内側の換気扇のパネル表面
部にユニツトとして設けた表示装置にそれぞれ表
示させるようにしたものである。又この表示温度
により何%の熱回収がなされるかがわかる様に効
率演算ユニツトを介して効率を室内側パネル温度
表示部の近傍に設けた効率表示部に表示させるよ

以下本考案の一実施例につき図面を参照して説
明すると、第1図、第2図は本考案の熱交換形換
気扇である。箱体2内には給気用送風機5と排気
用送風機6が互いに仕切り板7により区別けされ
ている。そしてその手前室内側には4なる全熱交
換器が位置し室内側にはパネル3が設けられてい
る。風の流れとしては、給気側は2aなる屋外ギ
ヤラリから送風機5により吸われ全熱交換器4を
通り3aなるグリル開口部より室内へ給気され
る。一方排気側は3aなるグリル開口部より吸わ
れ全熱交換器4を通り排気用送風機6によつて2
bなる屋外側ギヤラリより排気される。次に温度
表示方法であるが外気温の測定はaなる位置に温
度素子11を、室内温度はbなる位置に温度素子
12を、熱交換後の温度はcなる位置に温度素子
13を設けておき、a,b,cそれぞれの部分の
測定温度は室内側パネル3の表面部で8なる温度
表示装置に表示される。また効率演算ユニツト1
0が内蔵されていてその結果は9なる効率表示部
によつて表示される。第3図は温度素子11,1
2,13と温度表示装置8、演算ユニツト10、
