Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は燃焼炉に係るものである。各種燃焼炉
に先絞りの高速度バーナを設置する場合、そのバ
ーナは耐熱限界から耐火物で構成していることが
多く、耐火物製の場合には機械強度が弱く、割れ
を発生しやすく、寿命も短かい等の欠点がある。
金属製の場合にはその内壁に燃焼用空気を流す特
別の構造を採用しても、燃焼用空気による冷却効
果は炉内からの輻射伝熱量に比較してわずかであ
り、燃損の問題が発生し高温用途には使用不能で
ある。本考案はかかる従来の欠点を一挙に解消し
た燃焼炉を提供するものである。以下図について
詳述すると次の通りである。符号1は燃焼炉の炉
壁であつて、この炉壁1にバーナ装入孔2を形成
し、このバーナ装入孔2に先絞りバーナ3をその
先端部4を後退させて設置する。更に前記バーナ
3の先端部4附近の前記バーナ装入孔2に、燃焼
ガス噴出孔部分5を残して耐火物6を充填する構
成とする。しかして、先絞りバーナ3(内部構造
は省略する)内に於いて発生した燃焼ガスは燃焼
ガス噴出口から炉内に噴出して運転を開始する
が、炉内温度が1500℃程度にまでなると、3の輻
射熱により金属製バーナの先端部は焼損してしま
うが、本考案は前記した通り、バーナ先端部4附
近のバーナ装入孔2に耐火物6が充填され、且つ
バーナ先端部4は炉壁内面よりも後退させて設置
しているので、炉内輻射を完全にシールドできる
ため、先端部4附近を低温に保つことができ全く
焼損することがない。従つてバーナ全体を、機械
強度が強く且つ加工性のよい全金属製とすること
ができる。また、バーナを設置してから耐火物を
充填するために、バーナと耐火物は別個の構造と
なり、従つてバーナと耐火物の熱膨脹の差による
耐火物の破損がない等優れた諸効果を有するもの
