Conventionally, methods for securing two or more articles having small holes include passing thread, string, wire, etc. through the small holes and tying them together, or using a rod-shaped object with a stopper at one end, as typified by bolts and nuts. After insertion, attach another stopper to the other end, or if the small hole has elasticity and can temporarily change the size of the hole, forcefully insert a rod-shaped object with stoppers at both ends. There are known methods of locking and locking.

However, when using thread, string, wire, etc., it is necessary to make knots at both ends or tie them in a circular shape, and when using bolts and nuts, it is essential to attach the nuts. In addition, fasteners having stoppers at both ends could not be used for holes in articles where the size of the holes does not change, such as hard plastic products, metal products, glass products, shells, and the like.

That is, the present invention provides a rod-shaped lock that is inserted into small holes provided in the ears of two or more scallops, and also inserted into a locking string of the scallop to irreversibly lock the scallop to the locking string. The tool is provided with an elastic harpoon-like burr part formed by a cut so as to branch from the tip toward the main body part at one end of the rod-shaped part, and this burr part is pressed by the rod-shaped part. The stopper is formed in such a thickness that it can be inserted into the small hole provided in the scallop shell in the scalloped state, and a stopper with a thickness and shape that does not penetrate the small hole is provided near the other end, and these are made of synthetic resin. This is a locking tool for cultivating scallops characterized by being integrally molded.

FIG. 1 is a front view of an example of a locking device for cultivating scallops according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a top view thereof. The locking tool 1 is used as a device for locking scallops to a locking string when cultivating the scallops, and includes a rod-shaped portion 2 extending laterally, a harpoon-shaped burr portion 3 having elasticity, and It's basically the same as Stopper 4. Behind the stopper 4 there is a grip part 5 for pinching with fingers, and a spherical part similar to the stopper is formed at the end. The rod-shaped portion 2 has a uniform thickness and a sharp tip. The burr 3 is formed by a cut so as to branch from the tip of one end of the rod-shaped portion 2 toward the main body, and is wider than the thickness of the rod-shaped portion 2. A notch 6 is formed in the rod-shaped portion at a position corresponding to the portion 3. Further, the stopper 4 needs to have a shape that does not allow the rod-shaped portion 2 to pass through the hole.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing the state in which the tip of the locking tool 1 is inserted into a small hole 7 provided in the ear of a scallop.Since the burr 3 has elasticity, it can be inserted along the small hole 7. It is compressed and fits into the notch 6, so that its condition corresponds to the thickness of the rod-shaped portion 2. Therefore, the cut 6 has a size corresponding to the burr 3.

This figure shows the locking tool 1 being inserted, and FIG. 6 shows the state in which two scallops 8 are locked with the locking tool 1 via the locking strings 11.

Since the fastening device of the present invention is constructed as described above, when it is inserted from the tip into the small hole in the ear of the scallop as shown in Figures 5 and 6 and then through the fastening string, the barb portion 3 is folded into the slit 6 when inserted, and once it has been inserted, the elasticity of the synthetic resin causes it to return to its original harpoon shape, locking it in place and preventing it from coming out.

Traditionally, to lock a scallop, a string was passed through the small hole in the ear and the locking string, and a knot was made at both ends, but it took a lot of time and effort to make the knot. Since the cut end of the thread was not sharp, it was difficult to pass it through the small hole and the mesh of the locking string. However, according to the locking device of the present invention, as mentioned above, simply by passing the tip of the harpoon-like burr through the gap between the small hole and the locking string, the burr automatically operates and locks the tying ball. This eliminates the need to create a cylindrical tube, and the harpoon-like tip makes it extremely easy to insert. Also, since it is locked like this,
The locking device of the present invention is convenient in use because it is not necessary to separately provide a locking means such as a cap and cover the tip of the rod-shaped portion to lock it.

As mentioned above, the locking device of the present invention is provided with an elastic harpoon-like burr portion formed by a cut at one end of the rod-shaped portion 2, so that the locking tool can be attached to the small hole in the ear of the scallop and the locking tool. When inserting the stop string, the burr 3 is folded into the notch 6 and has the same diameter as the rod-shaped portion 2, making insertion extremely easy. If it is pulled in the opposite direction, the burr 3 stands upright and resists the pulling force, so it does not slip out of the small hole and the locking string. Furthermore, since the stopper 4 is provided near the other end of the rod-shaped portion 2,
The locking device of the present invention can irreversibly lock two or more scallops just by inserting it in this way, and is therefore ideal for cultivating scallops.
