の矢印方向に回せば細長帯板1の先端は巻軸15
に巻きとられるので柱体の周りに巻き締められ、
前記のラチエツトにより緊締されることになる。
このラチエツトによる緊締は、巻軸15の角形頭
部16を工具により回し、鋸歯円盤部17を第4
図の上方(第1図では右方)に回すと、側板13
の鋸歯突起19の斜面を滑つて進み、このため鋸

巻き重ねて柱体の周面に緊締し、電気ケーブル等
を柱体に取付けることができるのである。なお前
記のようにして緊締した細長帯板1を緩めて外す
には、抜止割ピン21を抜きとれば抜止環20を
第1図の上方に引き抜くことが可能となり、した
がつて巻軸15を第1図の下方に引き出して鋸歯
18を鋸歯突起19から引き離すことができるの
で、巻軸15を逆回転させることが可能となり細
