イントにおいて、隣り合う笠木又はエキスパンシ
ヨン・ジヨイント構成部材とこれら部材間に配設
された排水ジヨイントとを通電可能に接続して上
記建物上にループ状の導体を構成し、且つこの導
体を避雷導線を介して接地極に接続したことを特
