Generally, ceiling panels are formed by framing vertical members and horizontal members to form a panel frame and attaching a ceiling board to this panel frame, but conventionally, the connection between the vertical members and the horizontal members was The ends of the cross members were stacked perpendicularly on the upper surface of the cross members, and staples were driven straight onto the ends to connect them. Therefore, the vertical and horizontal members have the disadvantage that cracks occur from the driven portion along the fiber direction of the wood due to the driving of the staple, and the connection strength between the vertical and horizontal members is low.

The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and it is possible to improve the quality by strongly connecting the vertical and horizontal members made of wood without causing cracks in the vertical and horizontal members. The purpose is to provide a ceiling panel that can be used.

That is, the present invention frames the vertical members 1 and the horizontal members 2 in which the wood fibers run in the longitudinal direction so that both ends of the horizontal members 2 are attached perpendicularly to the upper surface of the vertical members 1, and A staple 4 is formed which is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the members 2 and the vertical members 1, penetrates from the surface of the horizontal member 2 to the back surface of the vertical member 1, and has a bent tip portion that protrudes to the back surface of the vertical member 1. Attach panel frame 5
The above object is achieved by a ceiling panel formed by forming a panel frame 5 and attaching a ceiling plate 6 to the panel frame 5.

である。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The vertical members 1 and the horizontal members 2 are each formed of square timbers with wood fibers running in the longitudinal direction, and as shown in Fig. 1, a pair of vertical members 1, 1 are arranged in parallel, and there is a gap between both vertical members 1, 1. A cross member 2 is constructed so that both ends of the cross member 2 are attached perpendicularly to the upper surface of the vertical member 1. As shown in FIG. 2, a staple 4 formed in a U-shape with legs 8, 8 hanging down from both sides of the upper piece 7 is driven into the attachment part 3 between the vertical member 1 and the horizontal member 2. This forms the panel frame 5. The staple 4 is driven from the top surface of the cross member 1 using an automatic nailer consisting of a commercially available pneumatic nailer. The staples are driven at an angle so that the upper piece 7 of the staple 4 is inclined at 45 degrees with respect to the longitudinal direction of the vertical members 1 and cross members 2. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the staple 4 has an upper piece 7 with a vertical member 1 and a horizontal member 2.
In addition, the legs 8, 8 are driven in such a manner that they are inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the vertical members 1 and the cross members 2. In addition, the staple 4 is one with a sufficiently long leg 8, and the tip part that penetrates from the surface of the horizontal member 2 to the back surface of the vertical member 1 and projects from the back side is bent to the back surface of the vertical member 1. . The method of bending the tip of the staple 4 is to bend the tip of the staple 4 on a conveyor below when the panel frame 5 is sent on a conveyor. Thereafter, a ceiling plate 6 is attached to the panel frame 5 to produce a ceiling panel as shown in FIG.

できるものである。 However, in the ceiling panel formed in this way, the vertical members 1 and the horizontal members 2 are connected by the staples 4 driven diagonally with respect to the fiber direction of the vertical members 1 and the horizontal members. 2 is such that there is no possibility of cracking along the fiber direction from the implanted portions of the legs 8, 8 of the staple 4, and the staple 4
By bending the tip end portion of the vertical member 1 on the back side of the vertical member 1, the vertical member 1 and the horizontal member 2 can be firmly connected without the vertical member 1 coming off the staple 4.

As described above, the present invention frames the vertical members and cross members in which the wood fibers run in the longitudinal direction so that both ends of the cross members are attached perpendicularly to the top surface of the vertical members, and the horizontal members and A staple was attached that was inclined to the longitudinal direction of the vertical member, penetrated from the surface of the horizontal member to the back of the vertical member, and had a bent tip that protruded to the back of the vertical member. By driving at an angle to the fiber direction of the vertical members, it is possible to prevent cracks from occurring in the horizontal and vertical members, and by bending the tips of the staples, the connection strength between the horizontal members and the vertical members can be improved. This can improve the quality of ceiling panels.
