2層からなる所定の厚さの銀合金の中間に該厚さ
の5〜40%の厚さの純銀層を一体に設けた複合
体を完全に内部酸化し、この完全に内部酸化した
複合体を純銀層を中心として横に二つに切断して
なり、上記した純銀層を接点台金への溶接部とし
、接点面外表面にクラツクを全く有しないAg―
SnO系電気接点材。 (2) 前記純銀層は2層としてその間に内部酸化
が不可能で酸化時にその表面に酸化被膜を形成す
るFe、Ni等の薄板を介在せしめて内部酸化し
、内部酸化後にこの薄板の両面に沿つて前記複合
体を横に二つに剥離切断してなる実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項記載のAg―SnO系電気接点材
