Claims (1)
- 被測定物の表面と対向する面の形状を同被測定
物の凹部表面形状に沿うように形成した探触針支
持片と、同探触針支持片の上記被測定物との対向
面に同被測定物の表面に直交し且つ同被測定物の
表面上での間隔が所定の長さになるように配設さ
れた複数の探触針と、同複数の探触針を押圧する
ことにより軸方向押出し力が与えられるよう配設
された押圧付加手段とから構成されていることを
特徴とするき裂深度計探触子。
