Traditionally, soft cotton-like materials such as glass wool have been used as sound-absorbing materials, but when applying sound-absorbing treatment to a building using glass wool, the surface of the glass wool is covered with a special material to supplement its strength, and the appearance etc. It was necessary to arrange the

Moreover, by doing such a thing, the sound absorption properties of the glass wool may deteriorate, and there is a problem in that it is not possible to obtain the desired sound absorption effect even though it takes time and effort to manufacture.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor has developed the present invention so that the cross-section of a large mountain-shaped roof material is relatively parallel to both inclined sides on the indoor side. By attaching a sound absorbing material made of high-density glass wool molded into a flat plate, and by arranging such large chevron roofing materials in parallel and connecting them to the sound absorbing structure of large chevron roofs, the sound absorbing properties of glass wool can be improved. It can be fully utilized and its sound absorbing treatment can be carried out extremely easily, which solves the surface marking problem.

In the present invention, a sound absorbing material 7 made of relatively high-density glass wool molded into a flat plate is attached so as to be substantially parallel to the inner inclined sides 2, 2 on the indoor side of a large mountain-shaped roof material A having a mountain-shaped cross section. By arranging such large-sized chevron roofing materials A in parallel and creating a sound-absorbing structure of a large-sized chevron-shaped roof in which adjacent ones are connected, firstly, an extremely superior sound-absorbing effect can be obtained, and secondly, an excellent sound-absorbing effect can be obtained. The sound absorbing material 7 protects the indoor side of the large chevron roofing material.Thirdly, the sound absorbing material 7 can be expected to have a 4-minute insulation effect.Fourthly, the sound absorbing material 7 of the present invention is easy to process. It has the effect of improving the efficiency of on-site work.

To explain these effects in detail, firstly, in the present invention, relatively high density (approximately 5Qkg/+y? to approximately 12
The sound absorbing material 7 is made by molding glass wool (0 kgl rl) into a flat plate shape. This relatively high-density glass wool has outstanding sound absorption properties, and as is clear from Figure 6, it has an extremely short reverberation time compared to conventional sound absorption materials. ing.

In addition, since the sound absorbing materials 7, 7 are attached approximately parallel to both 2°2 sloped sides of the large mountain-shaped roof material on the indoor side, as shown in Fig. 5, the sound absorbing materials 7 on one side of the The reflected sound is

Furthermore, since the comparatively high-density glass wool of the present invention is used as the sound absorbing material 7 by molding it into a flat plate almost as it is without adding any other material, it is not used as a cotton-like material as in the past. There is also the problem that the surface of the glass wool is coated with a separate glass to reduce its sound absorption properties, and an excellent sound absorption effect can be obtained.

Secondly, in the present invention, the sound absorbing material 7 is made of relatively high-density glass wool molded into a flat plate, so it can be extremely strong. As a result, the ceiling board using the sound-absorbing material 7 can also provide strong protection for the indoor side of the large-sized chevron-shaped roof material A. That is, if the present invention is used in a gymnasium, it can be used during ball games. The sound absorbing material 7 can reduce the impact of the ball when it collides with the ceiling plate, and can protect the ceiling plate from destruction and damage.

Thirdly, in the present invention, since the sound absorbing material 7 is made of relatively high-density glass wool, an extremely good heat insulating effect can be obtained. As described above, the sound absorbing material 7 of the present invention has not only a sound absorbing effect but also a heat insulating effect, so that no new heat insulating treatment is required, and construction can be carried out quickly and economically.

Fourthly, the sound absorbing material 7 is made of glass wool molded into a flat plate shape, and since the glass wool has a relatively high density, the shape will not collapse even during processing such as cutting. Therefore, it can be cut to appropriate dimensions and attached to the large-sized chevron roofing material A at the site, and it can also be made into a size that is easy to carry, resulting in extremely high construction efficiency.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, if cotton-like low-density glass wool is inserted as a heat insulating material 11 between the sound absorbing material 7 and the inclined side 2 of the large-sized chevron roofing material A, the sound absorbing material In addition, in sports facilities such as gymnasiums, when a ball collides with the ceiling during a ball game, it creates a buffering effect, resulting in sound absorption +47.
