電極が設けられたケースと、ケースの開口部を塞
ぐ蓋とで構成され、圧電共振素子の基板とケース
は熱膨脹係数が等しいか近似した材料を用いて形
成し、ケース内に収納した圧電共振素子の電極と
ケースの対応する電極を接続固定し、ケースの開
