First, FIG. 1 shows the structure of a conventional liquid crystal display electronic timepiece having the above structure. There is a printed wiring board 4 on which electronic components such as a crystal resonator 1, a resistor 2, and a capacitor 3 are mounted, and a C-MOS LSI 6 for driving a liquid crystal display panel 5 is mounted on the wiring board 7. The substrate 4 and the substrate 7 are connected with a spacer 8 to maintain an arbitrary gap. Further, the liquid crystal display panel 5 is screwed and fixed to the substrate 7 using a panel fixing frame 9 and screws 10. Further, the power supply battery 11 has a structure in which it is screwed and fixed to the substrate 4 using an electrode fixing jig 12 and screws 13. 14
is a conductive elastic body for electrically connecting the electrodes of the C-MOS LSI 6 and the electrodes of the liquid crystal display panel 5.

In such a conventional configuration, like the components placed on the substrate 4, the components must be placed on a flat surface. This increases the flat area of the electronic watch, and furthermore, the structure in which the main electronic components are laminated to the substrate increases the thickness of the electronic watch, which causes a decline in its practical value. Ta. Also, jig 1 for deriving the electrode terminals of the battery.
2 or screws 13, etc., resulting in an increase in the number of parts and man-hours, which causes an increase in the price of the electronic watch.Furthermore, the increase in the number of parts and man-hours causes a decrease in reliability.

Next, referring to FIG. 2, the substrate 21 has a crystal resonator 22, a capacitor 23, and a resistor 24 fixed by soldering, and a package 25 for a C-MOS LSI for driving a liquid crystal display panel is further soldered. A fixing hole 26 and a screw hole 28 for fixing the substrate 21 to the integrally molded frame body, that is, the base frame 27 are provided. The base frame 27 serves as a frame body for accommodating all the main parts of a so-called electronic watch made of molded resin such as Teflon, ABS, or polypropylene. The base frame 27 includes a hole 40 for inserting and installing the battery 29, a square hole 43 for embedding and storing the liquid crystal display panel 41 and the conductive elastic body 42, and a crystal resonator 22 by a method described later. There is a hole 44 in which the resistor 24 and capacitor 23 are buried. Hole 40,4
3 and 44 are arranged side by side on the base frame 27. FIG. 2 shows the parts required for the configuration and an exploded view.
1. Push in and install the conductive elastic body 42 and the bag cage 25, cover with the substrate 211, and fix with the screws 45 to complete the electronic wristwatch.

As described above, in the electronic watch of the present invention, the main large electronic components, such as a liquid crystal display panel, a battery, and a crystal oscillator fixed to a wiring board, are housed in three storage holes arranged in parallel in an integrally molded frame body. Therefore, it is easy to assemble the electronic components into the watch body, the structure inside the watch body is simple, the number of parts is small, and it is advantageous for further thinning. Furthermore, since the wiring board is installed on the frame and the electrical connection between the liquid crystal display panel and the wiring board is made using a conductive elastic material, it is easy to connect and assemble each part using the wiring board. This makes it suitable for small and thin electronic watches.
