【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は車両用エンジンのスタータ用マグネツ
トスイツチに関する。

この種のマグネツトスイツチでは、外周に励磁
用コイルが巻かれた合成樹脂製のボビンが含ま
れ、ボビンの内部には一端に可動接点が取付けら
れたプランジヤが摺動自在に設けられており、始
動の際はコイルの通電によりプランジヤを摺動
し、その可動接点をそれに対向して配置された固
定接点に接触することにより、スタータモータへ
の通電回路が形成される。しかるに従来の構造で
は円筒状のボビンの外周に接触してコイルが巻か
れ、ボビンはコイルの熱的影響を著しく受ける構
造であつたため、エンジン始動がうまくいかない
場合等、スタータを長時間使用すると、短時間定
格に設定してあるスタータのマグネツトスイツチ
のコイルは通電により熱を発生して温度上昇し、
その熱がボビンに伝わるので、ボビンは熱変形し
且つ軟化し、その内径側が影響を受けた。従つ
て、このような場合にもプランジヤの摺動を確保
するため、金属製の円筒形状のブツシユが嵌装さ
れ、そのブツシユにより軟鉄製のプランジヤを支
持する構造がとられたが、プランジヤとブツシユ
は摺動自在の寸法関係を保つためその間の隙間を
大きくとつてあるので過大な振動により金属間の
フレツテイング摩耗を生じる欠点があつた。

ツチを提供することである。

が取付けられ、それに対向配置された固定接点
