【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動車等に使用される電気式ホーンの
改良に関する。

と金属ワツシヤの端面に対するダイアフラムの接
触部において、ダイアフラムに大きな衝撃力が加
わり、比較的短時間の作動でダイアフラムは疲労
し、破壊する欠点があつた。とくに、この種のホ
ーンは車両における取付位置の関係から走行中の
水溜りのはね返り等による被水が激しく、このよ
うな条件下ではさらに疲労が促進される。

接点4が在る。さらにホーンはダイアフラム5を
含み、ダイアフラム5はその中心部において可動
コア2に連結され、外周部においてハウジング1

れている。これらの部材はハウジング10内に収
められている。また、ホーンには金属製のワツシ
ヤ6を介してダイアフラム5に対し、ボルトおよ

が緩和されるので、従来のホーンに比して耐久性
が大幅に改善される。

イアフラムの中心部の少なくも一方の面には前
記ダイアフラムに直接当接させて樹脂製のワツ
シヤが備えられ、該ワツシヤにて前記可動コア
側又は前記共鳴板側からの衝撃が直接ダイアフ
ラムに作用するのを防止したことを特徴とする
電気式ホーン。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の電気
式ホーンにおいて、前記ワツシヤは前記ダイア
フラムの中心部の両面に備えられていることを
特徴とする電気式ホーン。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に
記載の電気式ホーンにおいて、前記ダイアフラ
ムは外周部が前記ハウジングの外周部とこれに
固定された前面蓋の外周部との間に挾持されて
おり、前記ハウジングと前面蓋との外周部の固
定は前面蓋による巻き絞めによつてなされてい
ることを特徴とする電気式ホーン。
