Claims (4)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)補助装置に回動可能に枢支されたラッチレバーと
、該ラッチレバーと協働して補助装置をプリンタの取付
部に係合させる係合部とを具備する、補助装置をプリン
タに取付けるためのラッチ装置において、 ラッチレバーがプリンタの取付部に係合しない方向に該
レバーを付勢する付勢手段を設け、ラッチレバーに設け
られた当接部をプリンタの一部または該プリンタに付設
された部材に当接させ、前記付勢手段の付勢力に抗して
ラッチレバーを回動させ該レバーをプラテンの取付部に
係合させることを特徴とする前記ラッチ装置。
(1) An auxiliary device is attached to a printer, the auxiliary device comprising a latch lever rotatably supported on the auxiliary device, and an engaging portion that cooperates with the latch lever to engage the auxiliary device with a mounting portion of the printer. In the latch device for mounting, a biasing means is provided for biasing the latch lever in a direction in which the lever does not engage with the mounting portion of the printer, and the abutment portion provided on the latch lever is attached to a part of the printer or the printer. The latch device is characterized in that the latch lever is brought into contact with an attached member and rotated against the biasing force of the biasing means to engage the lever with a mounting portion of the platen.
