第１図、第２図および第３図は本考案の射出成
形用型の１実施例に関し、第１図はその射出成形
用型により射出成形を行なつているところを示す
断面図、第２図は第１図の要部拡大平面図、第３
図は第２図のＡ―Ａ断面図である。第４図は従来
の射出成形用型のゲート通路部分の要部拡大平面
図である。第５図はゲート通路の距離に対する断
面積の変化を示すグラフである。 ７，１１……ゲート通路、８，１２……キヤビ
テイ、９，１０……ゲート口。
形用型の１実施例に関し、第１図はその射出成形
用型により射出成形を行なつているところを示す
断面図、第２図は第１図の要部拡大平面図、第３
図は第２図のＡ―Ａ断面図である。第４図は従来
の射出成形用型のゲート通路部分の要部拡大平面
図である。第５図はゲート通路の距離に対する断

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 溶融樹脂の導入路と、 型の分割面に形成され、樹脂成形品の形状を規
定するキヤビテイと、 前記導入路と前記キヤビテイとを連通するゲー
ト通路と を有する射出成形用型であつて、 前記ゲート通路の断面積は、前記導入路側の開
口部から前記キヤビテイ側の開口部へ向けて、略
一定の割合で増加することを特徴とする射出成形
用型。 (2) 断面積増加率は７〜１１ｍm2／mmである実
用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の射出成形用
型。 (3) ゲート通路の長さは１０〜２０mmである実
用新案登録請求の範囲第(2)項記載の射出成形用
型。
