Description

【考案の詳細な説明】本考案は空気調和機の構造に関し、とくに本体
外胴に前面カバーを取付けるための取付部材とそ

従来の空気調和機においては、本体外胴の室内
側に前面カバーを着脱自在に装設しているが、そ
の取付構造は第５図の如く前面カバー１１の上縁
内側にリブ１２を突設して保持部１３を形成し、
引掛爪を具えたＵ形の取付部材１４を装着してい
たが、同取付部材１４は板バネスプリング等の弾
性素材によつて形成し、その弾性を利用して設け
ているので、輸送時等において高温雰囲気中に長
時間おかれると前面カバー１１の成形部がやわら
かくなり、取付部材１４の挿設部がふくらんで、
スプリングによる取付部材１４が抜けやすくなる
等の欠点を有していた。これにたいして第６図の
如く前面カバー１１に取付ボス１５を突設し引掛
爪を具えたＬ形の取付部材１６をねじ止めしてな
るものもあるが、取付の作業性がわるく、また取
付ボス１５の突設により前面カバー１１の表面に
ヒケによる歪が生じやすく外観が悪くなる等の欠

以下図に示す一実施例について本考案を説明する

した取付部７と、その端部を内側に折曲した引掛
爪８を具えた取付部材９を形成し、同取付部材９
