れる非通水部であつて、該非通水部4はポリ塩化
ビニル−酢酸ビニル共重合体などの合成樹脂と有
機溶剤との混合溶液を濾布主体1の所要部分に塗
布含浸させるなどして形成したもので、図示の実
施例ではこの非通水部4が原液導入孔2の孔縁部
分に同様形成した非通水部4′に続かせて形成し
てあり、5は濾布主体1の上端縁に形成される支
持棒挿込部、6は濾布主体1の下端方部に配設さ
れるステー係合孔、7は濾布主体1の原液導入孔
2の孔縁付近に必要に応じ縫着される補強用の当
布である。一方、10は濾布主体が被装される周
知の濾布固定式フイルタープレス本体であつて、
交互に配設された普通濾板11と圧搾濾板12の
各々の上端部に架設された支持杆13は前記濾布
主体1の上端縁の支持棒挿込部5に挿通された支
持棒15にばね16をもつて弾発的に上下動自在
に連結され、該濾布主体1の下端部はその中央部
が普通濾板11または圧搾濾板12の下端部に設
けられた原液供給孔18に両側から嵌合する給液
金具17を濾布主体1の原液導入孔2に貫通させ
てボルト止めすることにより固定されるとともに
その両端がステー19により固定されている。そ
して、原液供給孔18と濾室20とは原液通路2

通水部4に形成されているので、原液供給孔18
から濾室20に至る原液通路21に対向する部分
において原液が濾過されることがなくなり、この
部分に汚泥が積層して原液通路21が閉塞されて
濾室20への原液供給が阻止されたり、原液通路
21の近傍に積層、蓄積した汚泥によつて濾室2
0の機密性が損われたりすることがなく、長時間
にわたり連続して濾過を継続できるものである。
また、図示の実施例に示すように原液導入孔2の
孔縁に放射状の切込3が設けられたものとしてお
けば、給液金具17を原液導入孔2を通じて原液
供給孔18に貫通させたうえボルト止めした際に
該原液導入孔2の孔縁に皺が寄つたり盛り上つた
りすることを適確に防止できるものとなり、ま
た、原液導入孔2の孔縁部分にも非通水部4′を
非通水部4に続いて形成しておけば、原液導入孔
2から生じ易い裂損を防止できて一層耐久性に優
れたものとなる。なお、非通水部4は通水率を零
とすることが好ましいが、他の部分に比べて通水
性が著しく悪ければよいことは勿論である。

滓が積層、蓄積することによつて生ずる種々の不
都合を解消したもので、在来の濾布固定式フイル
タープレス用濾布の問題点を解決したものとして
実用的価値極めて大なものである。
