Therefore, since the lever is exposed to the outside, there is a problem that not only the aesthetic appearance is impaired but also there is a possibility of erroneous operation and safety cannot be ensured. Moreover, since it is necessary to equip the seat bag with a fixing member for fixing the lever, the structure is complicated and the mounting means is required.

This can be released by a lever placed horizontally between the left and right stays.

125156), which are arranged in a dotted manner inside the seat located outside one of the stays of the headrest. Therefore, it is difficult to confirm the location of the operating member from the outside, and since the operating member is in the form of a dot, the operability is extremely poor.Furthermore, since it is located outside the stay, it is difficult for passengers in the rear seat to There was a risk that the operator would operate the operating member by mistake.

不具合があつた。 In addition, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 47-36345 discloses a device in which each of the two stays has a locking mechanism, and this locking mechanism can be resolved with one operating member. Since it is exposed to the outside, it lacks safety. Furthermore, since the operating member is disposed on one side of the lock member, it is difficult to synchronize when releasing the lock, resulting in a problem that the certainty of releasing the lock is poor.

Then, the slurs 1 and 1 in this sheet B and the guide tube 3
A locking mechanism is provided at each end. The illustrated locking mechanism (a) includes a notch 1a for height adjustment provided on one side of each slurry, a substantially U-shaped lock spring 4 that engages with the notch 1a, and a horizontal cutout in the guide tube 3. A slit 7 for inserting the lock spring is disposed in the guide cylinder 3 so as to be able to rise and fall freely, and the stay 1,
1 is inserted through the holder 5, and the holder 5 has a notch 8 having a triangular cross section on one side for engaging and disengaging a lock spring, and is biased upward by a spring 6. 3a in the figure is a flange provided on the upper edge of the guide tube 3;
Reference numeral 5a indicates a flange provided on the upper edge of the holder 5, and the upper and lower ends of the spring 6 wound around the holder 5 are engaged with both ends 3a, 5a of the flange to urge the holder 5 upward. The slits 7 of the guide tube 3 and the notch 8 of the holder 5 are opened at approximately the same position when the holder 5 is biased by the spring 6, so that the lock spring 4 is closer to the notch 8 than the slit 7. so that it can be inserted by crossing over.

ある。 The cutout 8 has a substantially triangular cross section with its lower side substantially perpendicular to the axis of the holder 5 and its upper side inclined, and its deep edge is located at the notch 1a of the slurr 1.
It is long enough to reach. Therefore, since the upper side is formed in an inclined shape, when the holder 5 is lowered, the lock spring 4 fitted and locked in the slits 7 moves (in the radial direction) along the upper side of the notch 8. It engages and disengages from the notch 1a of the slurs 1,1. 9 in the figure is the notch 8 in the holder 5
This is a groove for sliding the lock spring 4 provided on the opposite surface of the lock spring 4.

is hung horizontally so that it can be raised and lowered freely, and a skin b' that hides the lever 2 is placed above the lever 2. This skin b' is stretched with some slack so that the lever 2 can be pushed from the outside.

図)。 When the skin b' below the headrest main body a is pressed downward, the lever 2 and the holder 5 descend against the elastic force of the spring 6. This holder 5
As the lock spring 4 is lowered, the lock spring 4 that engages with the notch 1a of the stay 1 expands (by pressing the upper side of the notch 8 of the holder 5) and disengages from the notch 1a of the stay 1, releasing the locked state. (Figures 6 and 7). Therefore, since the headrest body a can be moved in the vertical direction, it is adjusted to a predetermined height. After that, when the pressing state of the lever 2 through the skin b' is released, the lever 2 and the holder 5 are released from the spring 6.
The lock spring 4 returns to its original state due to its elasticity, and the lock spring 4 closes the notch 1 of the slur 1 due to its elasticity.
