However, in either structure, the main body 1,
It is impossible to inspect the inside of the 7 while it is suspended. Internal investigations in the event of a complaint often involve opening up the interior for verification purposes, etc., and in each case, the main bodies 1 and 7 must be removed before work can be carried out.
It's very troublesome. Furthermore, depending on the location, there may not be enough space for removal, making it difficult to perform the work easily. Furthermore, since the supporting metal fittings 5 and 12 are provided on the main covers 4 and 10, the strength of the main cover 4 must be high, and therefore it is necessary to use thick-walled ones, which increases cost and weight. .

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a ceiling-mounted air conditioner whose cover can be removed even when it is in a suspended state, making inspection work easier. This is what we are trying to provide.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. In the figure, 1 is the main body of the ceiling-embedded air conditioner. This main body 21 is composed of a main frame 22 and a cover 23. The main frame 22 is provided with a suction port 24 and a discharge port 25 on the lower surface side,
Inside, a refrigeration cycle device 26 such as an evaporator, a blower 27, a filter 28, a drain pan 29, etc. are arranged at predetermined positions. Also main frame 22
A duct 30 communicating with the outside is connected to one side of the main body 21, and fresh outside air can be introduced into the main body 21 depending on the rotational position of the damper 31. Support metal fittings 32 are attached to the lower part of the outer surface of the main frame 22. These supporting hardware 32... are bent into an inverted L shape, and a horizontal piece 32 that is a protruding piece from the main frame 22
A long hole 33 into which a hanging bolt (not shown) is inserted is provided at a. The cover 23 is bent to have a U-shaped cross section, is screwed onto the main frame 22 with mounting screws 34, and covers all the installed items. Moreover, the lower end edge of the cover 23 has a length only up to this upper portion so as not to come into contact with the supporting hardware 32 . Only the lower surface of the main body 21 configured in this way is connected to the ceiling plate 3.
It is made to face downward from an opening 36 provided in 5.

As the refrigeration cycle equipment 26 operates in the refrigeration cycle and the blower 27 operates, the air in the air-conditioned room a, which is the lower surface of the ceiling plate 35, is sucked in through the suction port 24, exchanged heat, and then discharged from the discharge port 25. be done.

When maintaining, inspecting, or repairing the components inside the main body 21, the cover 23 is removed while the main frame 22 remains suspended. The cover 23 has mounting screws 34...
It can be easily removed from the main frame 22 by removing. Therefore, there is no need to lower the main frame 22 together.

In the above embodiment, only the air in the air-conditioned room a is sucked into the main body 21, but the invention is not limited to this, and the arrangement may be made as shown in FIG. 4, for example. That is, during cooling operation, the cold air blown out from the outlet 25 quickly descends, but during heating operation, warm air tends to accumulate near the ceiling plate 35. However, the suction port 24 sucks in the highest temperature air in the room, and the main body 2
The room thermometer installed in the room tends to operate and the heating operation stops, making it impossible to obtain the desired heating effect. As shown in Figure 8, on-off control operation is frequently repeated, resulting in poor indoor distribution.
Loads are also placed on the compressor, which can lead to breakdowns.

4 to 7 are designed to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages, and an auxiliary suction port 38 is provided inside the ceiling plate 35 of the main frame 22, on which a shutter 37 is rotatably supported. As shown in FIG. 7, the shutter 37 is rotatably displaced by a wax valve 39 whose operating rod extends to its maximum length when a temperature of about 30 DEG C. is sensed. Therefore, when the heating operation is started and the intake air rises, the shutter 37 is rotated due to the characteristics of the wax valve 39, and the low temperature air from the attic is sucked in from the auxiliary suction port 38. It will be done. Therefore, the refrigeration cycle equipment 26 exchanges heat with air at an appropriate temperature, which is a mixture of high-temperature indoor air and low-temperature attic air. Even when the indoor and outdoor loads fluctuate, a balanced state is maintained by adjusting the opening degree of the wax valve 39, heating operation continues without stopping, the operating rate is improved, and the room can be heated evenly.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the refrigeration cycle equipment, the blower, etc. are provided in the main frame, the refrigeration cycle equipment, the blower, etc. are covered with a cover, the cover and the main frame constitute a main body, and the main frame A supporting hardware is provided to support the main body in a suspended state on the back side of the ceiling board, and the mounting positions of this supporting hardware and the cover are shifted to enable the cover to be removed while the main body is in the suspended state. Therefore, each device can be inspected and repaired while it is in a suspended state, and the piping and wiring can be left as they are, which greatly improves work efficiency.
In addition, the strength of the cover can be smaller than that of the conventional cover, and a thin plate can be used, resulting in cost reduction and weight reduction.
