Claims (1)
- 真空槽と天蓋ダクトとガスクーラーと真空装置
とを直列に接続した真空脱ガス装置において、前
記ガスクーラー内部における天蓋ダクト側位置に
、該天蓋ダクトとガスクーラーの連通を開閉する
ための遮断弁を設けると共に、前記ガスクーラー
の上部に、前記遮断弁の開閉動作を行うための弁
駆動装置を備えた弁収容室を設けたことを特徴と
する真空脱ガス装置。
