本考案は、ベルト伝動系に用いられるプーリに
関し、特にプーリ自体の回転に伴う振動騒音の低
減を図るものに関する。

ものである。 そこで、従来はこのような点に着目し、プーリ
の振動騒音に関してベルトを含めた伝動系全体を
考慮し、駆動軸に取付けられる中心ハブ部に対
し、外周V溝のリム部の振動を吸収して低減する
方法が用いられ、その1つに防振ダンパ付プーリ
がある。これは、プーリの中心ハブ部と外周のV
溝を形成するリム部との間のデイスク部を径方向
に2分割して、その間に円筒状のゴム弾性体を介
設したり、又は実開昭53−139452号公報のよう
に、円周上に断続的にゴム弾性体を配置したもの
である。 なお、本考案の構造に類似する先行技術とし
て、特開昭48−35252号公報があるが、これは、

に開いた構造になつており、これによりこの前,
後面からの音の放射指向性が非常に高い。従つ
て、駆動軸と共にプーリが回動する際の振動音が
プーリの前,後面からスピーカの如く放射される
のであり、このようなプーリ自体の回転に伴う騒
音がある。 本考案はこのような事情に鑑み、プーリのラツ
パ状を成す前,後面から放射される音に伴う騒音
を効果的に低減するプーリを提供することを目的
