ルコードを示す断面図である。 図中、Ａはエラストマー製品、Ｄは心素線径、
Ｄ１は側素線径、Ｓは隙間、１はエラストマー素
材、２はスチールコード、２ａは心素線、２ｂは
側素線。

Claims (1)
- ゴム、プラスチツク等にて形成されるエラスト
マー素材にスチールコードを平行に埋設している
エラストマー製品において、上記スチールコード
が、２本以上の心素線に側素線を同一方向且つ同
一ピツチで横断面が線方向に均一な多角形の輪郭
状に撚り合せると共にその心素線径を側素線径の
１．０５〜１．５０倍比として、多角形の輪郭を
構成する各側素線間に隙間を形成し、この隙間に
エラストマー素材を侵入させてエラストマー素材
と一体的に接着しているスチールコード補強エラ
ストマー製品。
