外方に塑性変形してホツク部材に係合する内部頭
を形成してあるために、この内部頭が変形される
以前の形状に復帰しようとする傾向が強く、ホツ
ク部材と係合部材との結合が緩くなる欠点があ
る。つまり合成樹脂はもともと元の形にもどろう
とする性質があり、特に熱がかゝる時、たとえば
アイロンかけや乾燥器で乾燥させる時等に軟弱化
して元の形に戻ろうとする傾向が強くなるこ
とゝ、ホツクの離脱時に一方のホツクのホツク部
材により他方のホツクのホツク部材が引つ張ら
れ、この引つ張り力が内部頭にかゝり、その結果
内部頭が元の形に戻る方向に引つ張られることに
なるが、ハンマーにて変形された内部頭の肉厚は
薄い上に、突起部分は円筒状であるが故に、この
内部頭が容易に弾性変形してしまうこと等によつ
てホツク部材と係合部材との結合が緩くなり、両

中空円筒状突起部分の半径方向の肉厚が基部から
上端部までほヾ同一に形成されていると共に、先
端部には全周にわたつて内方へも塑性変形されて
突起部分内方の筒状空間上部開口を気密に閉塞す

にこの内部頭にかゝる引張り力は突起部分上端部
を縮径させる力としても作用し、これによつても
内部頭が元の形にもどりやすくなる。つまり弾性
変形し易くなるのであるが、この点についても本
発明ではこの蓋状補強部分によつて上述突起部分
上端部の縮径を生じさせないのであり、以上の二
点から内部頭のもどりを確実に阻止できるのであ

のである。ちなみに本発明のホツクは約11Kgの引
つ張り力にも耐えるが、冒頭に述べた文献に所載
のものゝ実施品では4Kgが限度であることが実験
の結果判明した。又内部のもどりが生じにくいた
めにホツク部材側にこの内部頭もどり防止のため
の特別の手段を具えさせる必要もなく、構造上も
