本考案はアースオーガにおけるオーガ軸を原動
軸に確実に連結できるようにしたオーガ軸連結装

一般にアースオーガにおいては、ブームに吊下
される原動軸に、下端にオーガを設けたオーガ軸
を着脱自在に連結するようにしているので、その
連結装置が不完全であると、作業中に大重量のオ
ーガ軸が原動軸から外れて事故を生起する危険が

示されるオーガ軸連結装置を提案したが、この連
結装置にあつては穴堀時前述の連結部が土中に埋
つて回転するものであるから、土砂によつてオー
ガ軸との連結固縛を解除する方向に力が作用する
と、ストツパーが外れて不用意にオーガが伸長し

以下図面によつて本考案の実施例について説明
すると、第1図において、図示しない旋回台に伸
縮ブーム1が起伏自在に枢支連結され、伸縮ブー
ム1の先端にアースオーガ2が支持されている。
前記アースオーガ2は伸縮ブーム1の先端に吊下
される原動軸3と、この原動軸3に後述する連結
装置cを介して連結されるオーガ軸4とより構成
されるもので、原動軸3は、伸縮ブーム1に支持
される原動機5に連結されそれによつて回転駆動
されるようになつている。原動軸3は断面角状を
なしてその下部には複数個のピン孔6…が間隔を
存して列設されている。オーガ軸4はその下部に
スクリユー状のオーガ7が設けられ、その上端は
中空に形成されて、前記原動軸3に抜差自在に嵌

ている。また連結ピン11の上部には操作ハンド
ル13が固着され、該操作ハンドル13の下面に
はL型の係合部材14が固着されている。一方、
オーガ軸4と係止筒10間には、前記圧縮ばね1
2により回転力を付勢された前述の係合部材14
と常時係合する被係合部材15が固着されてい

も原動軸から外れることがない。しかも、ストツ
パーの係脱操作が不要となるという実用上優れた
