In the past, the stay for suspending and supporting the tank body was welded and fixed to the flange, so the stay protruded around the tank body during inventory and transportation, which freed up inventory space. It was inconvenient and expensive to transport, and it was also dangerous because there was a risk of injury from limbs getting caught on the stay when handling. Furthermore, if the stay is attached to the flange at the site, there is a risk that the stay, which is packaged separately, may be lost during transportation, and it takes time and effort to set the stay during site construction.

The present invention was made in view of the drawbacks of the conventional examples mentioned above, and its purpose is to allow the stay to be folded to the side of the flange, requiring less inventory space, making it convenient for transportation, and for handling. To provide an embedded oil separation and removal tank which is safe, has no fear of losing the stay, and allows easy setting of the stay at the site.

Reference numeral 1 is a deep-bottomed tank body with an opening above the FRP molded product, and kitchen wastewater is advected inside this tank body 1, and floating matter such as dirt and oil is separated and removed in the process. . The opening edge of the tank body 1 has a flange 2 extending substantially horizontally toward the outer circumference, and stays 3 are provided at appropriate intervals on the lower surface of the flange 2.
is rotatably attached by a set of bolts 10 and nuts 11. The steel stay 3 is bent in a substantially V-shape and is rotatably attached through a through hole 12 at the base, and the tip of the stay 3 becomes horizontal when it is projected from the flange 2. It's like this. During construction, this stay 3 is used by protruding from the flange 2 as shown in Fig. 2 a and b.
During inventory or transportation, the stay 3 is rotated and stored on the lower surface of the flange 2. This storage position ranges from the state where the stay 3 is rotated approximately 90 degrees as shown in Figures 3a and b (the direction of rotation does not matter left or right) to the state shown in Figures 4a and b.
It is preferable to rotate the stay 3 180 degrees as shown in the figure. Incidentally, by tightening the bolt 10 after turning the stay 3, the stay can be prevented from moving. Inside the tank body 1, two upper partition plates 7 are installed vertically from above the water surface WL to below the water surface WL.
A lower partition plate 8 is erected from the inner bottom surface between both upper partition plates 7, and thereby a vertically meandering water passage 4 is formed between the upper partition plate 7 and the lower partition plate 8. Reference numeral 5a denotes a garbage removal basket that is removably disposed at the inflow side end, and the garbage removal basket 5a is buried above the drainage W with an opening at its upper end, and the lower end of the upper partition plate 7 is for garbage removal. It hangs down to a portion closer to the bottom plate of the tank body 1 than the bottom of the basket 5a. Thus, the waste water W flowing into the water flow passage 4 from the inflow side first passes through the dirt removal basket 5a, thereby removing relatively coarse dirt. Reference numeral 5b denotes a contact material that is removably inserted into the water flow passage 4 between the upper partition plate 7 and the lower partition plate 8 on the outflow side, and when the waste water W from which dust has been removed passes through the contact material 5b, oil and other substances are removed. Fine floating debris and the like are attached to the contact material 5b and filtered. Reference numeral 9 denotes a handle attached to the contact material 5b, which makes it easy to take in and take out the contact material 5b. Furthermore, an elbow pipe 6 bent into a substantially L-shape is raised on the outflow side wall.
An oil leakage prevention cap 13 is attached to the upper end, the lower end of which hangs down below the upper end of the elbow pipe 6 so that the lower end is immersed in the waste water WL, thereby preventing the oil from floating on the water surface WL. Finally, the wastewater from which oil and the like have been removed is discharged from the elbow pipe 6 while removing the oil and fat that is present therein. Incidentally, the oil leakage prevention cap 13 has a lid 14 on the upper surface that is detachable, so that the inside can be easily cleaned.

As shown in FIG. 5, this oil separation and removal tank A is installed embedded in a control floor 15 of a building, etc. A hole is made in the control floor 15, and the oil separation and removal tank A is delivered into the hole. The tip of the stay 3 protruding from the flange 2 is welded to a reinforcing bar 16 embedded in a control floor 15 for suspension support.
Further, the lower surface of the oil separation/removal tank A is covered with a heat insulating material 17 and supported by a stone or a support (not shown). Furthermore, a waterproof tank 1 is placed on top of the reinforcing bar 16.
8 is formed, and a dirt floor concrete 19 is poured on top of it to form a drainage ditch 20 on the side.
The wastewater is made to flow into the garbage removal basket 5a over the flange 2, and a manhole frame 21 is embedded above the tank body 1 and a manhole cover 22 is fitted therein. Further, a drain pipe 23 is connected to the elbow pipe 6.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, in short, the stay can be stored by folding it to the side of the flange during inventory or transportation, and since the stay does not protrude, the inventory space can be reduced and there is no bulk. It is convenient for transportation, and it is safe to handle as there is no risk of getting caught on the stay and injuring limbs.Furthermore, the stay can be protruded from the flange by simply rotating it, making it easy to carry out on-site construction. It has the advantage that it is easy to perform and there is no risk of losing the stay.
