As shown in FIG. 3, the conventional water sealing device for a drain tank is simply a system in which the tip of the drain pipe 1 is immersed in the drain. However, with this structure, steam flowing from the bathroom and cooking oil flowing from the kitchen adhere to the tank and cannot be discharged. Therefore, the oil and fat adhering to the inner wall of the tank must be removed every 3 to 6 months using a ladle or the like, which is extremely troublesome.

Focusing on this point, the present invention is a trap that makes cleaning inside the tank extremely easy by making the drain pipe submerged in the drain water removable and attaching a filter to this submerged part to remove oil and fat. It provides equipment.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, 2 is a filter made of a synthetic resin material or a contact-resistant material such as stainless steel, and 3 is a connecting pipe detachably attached to the drain pipe 1.

The filter 2 is formed into a fine mesh 4 shape. Although the illustrated example shows a grid shape, it may also have an oblique shape or a spider web shape. The purpose of forming the mesh is to increase the adhesion area of oil and fat. Therefore, the shape is not limited to the mesh shape as long as the adhesion effect of fats and oils etc. can be obtained sufficiently. In the illustrated example, the shape of the filter 2 is formed to be slightly smaller than the inner wall circumferential shape of the drain tank 10, but it goes without saying that the filter 2 may have a shape that matches the inner wall circumferential shape of the drain tank 10. 5 is connecting pipe 3
This is a hole for fitting into. This hole 5 is provided with splits 6, 6 at opposing positions on the periphery of the hole. Therefore, in order to attach the filter 2 to the connecting pipe 4, it is only necessary to widen the hole 5 to the left and right and forcibly fit it. To remove it, just do the opposite operation.
Although the splits 6, 6 are provided at two locations in the illustrated example, they may be provided at one location or at three or more locations. Further, the fitting means is not limited to this. If a cloth-like material is used for the mesh 4 of the filter 2, oils and fats can be filtered out when the wastewater flows into the drainage tank.

The connecting pipe 3 is made of a synthetic resin material such as vinyl chloride, is formed into a substantially L shape, and has an annular protrusion 7 at its tip that is immersed into the drainage water. The protrusion 7 is a means for preventing the filter 2 from falling off when the filter 2 is fitted from the tip end. The rear end 8 connects to the drain pipe 1. As a connecting means, it is sufficient to simply fit the rear end 8 of the connecting pipe 3 into a rubber-like joint 9 which is fitted onto the drain pipe 1 in advance. However, the connection means is not limited to this.

FIG. 2 shows the mounting structure of the trap device constructed as described above. The filter 2 is set substantially horizontally near the surface of a certain amount of waste water that always remains in the drain tank 10. Oils and fats floating in the drainage water will rise to the surface of the drainage water, so setting it in this position will have the best adhesion effect. However, the filter 2 may be set at a position where a sufficient adhesion effect can be obtained depending on the structure and other conditions within the tank, and is not limited to the position shown in the illustration. To clean the inside of the drain tank 10, the connecting pipe 3 is pulled out from the joint 9 and taken out from the tank together with the filter 2. After taking it out, it is only necessary to forcibly remove the filter 2 from the connecting pipe 3, fit a new filter 2, and fit it back into the joint 9 in the tank. However, it goes without saying that the filter 2 may be used again after removing adhering oils and fats.

As explained above, according to the trap device of the present invention, the inside of the drainage tank can be cleaned by simply taking out the connecting pipe from the tank and replacing the filter. It is extremely easy compared to removing it, and there is no need to worry about getting your hands dirty. In addition, with conventional structures, the inside of the drain pipe could only be cleaned after the drain water in the tank had been removed, and it was difficult because it was bent into an L shape, but with this device, the connecting pipe By making it detachable, the inside of the pipe can be cleaned extremely easily.
