長手方向中央に向かつて延出された駆動軸16及
びその遊端に設けられた外周に突部を有する成形
ロール17と、前記駆動軸16と平行に延出され
かつ圧下装置19により下方に押圧される遊転軸
18及びその遊端に設けられた外周に凹部を有す
る圧下ロール20とを備え、成形ロール17と圧
下ロール20との間でこき胴円筒1を挟圧するこ
とにより前記突部6を成形する。この成形に際し
て、成形ロール17と圧下ロール20間にこき胴
円筒1を供給するため、台車9をロールプレス装
置8に向かつて移動させると、こき胴円筒1が真
円の場合は第4図に実線で示す様に、両ロール1
7,20間に供給されるが、楕円化していると仮
想線で示す様にロール17又は20にその一端が
衝突し、円滑に供給できない。そこで第5図に示
す様に、突部を有する成形ロール17の一側に、
最大外径が前記突部外径よりも大径の截頭円錐外
周面22を有する案内環21を配置し、該案内環
21を、ゴム板等の弾性材料から成る2枚の支持
板23を介して成形ロール17の一端から延出し
た支軸24で支持し、これら案内環21、支持板
23及び支軸24から成る案内装置を付設してい
る。前記支持板23は、第7図に示す様に、円板
状ゴム板の中心に前記支軸24の貫通孔25を穿
設すると共に、周方向複数個所に適宜開口26を
設けて半径方向の変形量を大きくとれる様にして
いる。そして該支持板23の外周を前記案内環2
