本発明は硫化物層を表面に有する紡機用リング
に関するものであり、初期馴み性ならびに耐摩耗

りメツキが剥離してしまい、トラベラがスムース
に回転できず糸切れが多発するという欠点があつ

旋削後焼入したリング素材を180〜190℃にてロ
ダン基の塩を主成分とする溶融塩浴中に浸漬し、
10〜20分間所定の電流を通じ陽極電解を行うこと
により、リングのフランジ内周部表面に5〜7μ
程度の硫化物層、即ち硫化鉄(FeS)の拡散層を
