【考案の詳細な説明】 機体の進行方向の前方に脱殻部、後部にエンジ
ン部を搭載したハーベスターでは、従来、脱殻部
を搭載した状態で機体の前後バランスが平衡を保
つように制作されているので、重量の重い脱殻部
を取外して運搬車として使用する際、空荷のとき
は前部が軽くて前後バランスが大きく崩れた状態
となるため、運搬車の発進時や登坂の際、ヘツド
アツプして極めて危険であつた。そこでこの危険
を防止するためにバランスウエイトを荷台の前端
部に取付けることが考えられるが、単なるバラン
スウエイトでは機体重量が重くなり、着脱が不便
な上にコストも高くなるなどの欠点がある。本考
案は荷台と略同幅のバランスウエイト兼補助荷台
を荷台の前部に着脱することによつて、上記の様
な従来の欠点を解除しようとするものである。

設けられている。5はエンジン部3の前方におい
て、機体フレーム1によつて支持され、脱殻部6
を着脱可能な如くに構成された荷台である。該脱
殻部6は排塵口7が機体の前方に向い、殻稈供給
口8が機体の一側上に、また排稈装置9が機体の
他側上に位置するように荷台5に搭載されてい
る。10は排稈装置9のほぼ直下の位置で、荷台
5の側面に着脱自在なる如く構成された荷台と略
同幅のバランスウエイト兼補助荷台(以下補助荷
台と称す)であつて、該補助荷台10の一端に設
けた複数の支稈11を荷台5の側部に形成された
側部支持孔12に嵌装して着脱自在なる如く固定
されている。この補助荷台10は、脱殻部6の排
稈装置9に結束機或はカツターなどを付設しない
際に、排稈装置9の直下に取付けると、機体の左
右における重量バランス保持に役立つものであ
る。尚13は脱殻部の殻粒排出パイプで、運転操
作部4の下方に設けられた籾受台14の直上部に
開口する如く配設されている。第3図は脱殻部6
を取外して、運搬車として使用する際の斜視図
で、荷台5と前記補助荷台10の装着部分を示
し、荷台5前端には、前記側部支持孔12と同形
の前端部支持孔15が形成されていて、これによ
り補助荷台10は荷台5の前部に着脱可能となつ
ている。第4図、第5図は補助荷台10を荷台5
の前部に装着した状態を示し、図の様に荷台が前
方に長く張り出し、積載面積が広くなると共に重
心も前方に移動して機体が安定するものである。
第6図乃至第10図は他の実施例を示すもので、
第6図、乃至第8図は籾受台を荷台の前部に取付
けられる様にすると共に、荷台の両側に設けた側
部荷台を前方に移設出来る様にした例である。こ
れを図によつて説明すると、16は一端に複数の
支持杆17を設けた荷台5と略同幅のバランスウ
エイト兼補助荷台(以下補助荷台という)で、荷
台5の前後両端に設けられた支持パイプ18,1
9に嵌脱自在に構成されていて、脱殻作業の際は
荷台5の後部に装着して籾受台として使用し、運
搬作業の際は荷台5の前部に装着して、バランス
ウエイト兼補助荷台の用として供せられる。また
20,21はそれぞれ内側に複数の支持稈22,
23を設けた側部荷台で、荷台5の両側部に取付
けられるものである。24,25は荷台5の両側

台5に装着し、また脱殻部6を取外した際は前記
補助荷台16を荷台5の前部に装着すると共に、
両側部荷台20,21をその前端が補助荷台16
の前端と一致するよう移動して装着し、荷台を広
くすると共に重心を前に移して機体の安定を保持
しようとするものである。装着部の細部は、例え
ば第8図に示すように、締付ボルト26を設けた
支持パイプ24が荷台の側部に形成された枠体5
