[Prior Art] Generally, this type of panel is widely used, as shown in Fig. 1, in which a pair of flat surface plates a and b are filled with an insulating core material c such as urethane foam. . This panel has good heat insulation properties, as well as excellent shielding and sound insulation properties, so it is used for shutters, wall panels, etc.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, in this panel, when a temperature difference occurs between the indoor side and the outdoor side due to solar radiation, etc., the surface plate on the high temperature side thermally expands due to the temperature difference. Since the insulating core material bonded to the surface plate has bending and shearing rigidity, the panel has the problem of causing bending thermal deformation due to the bimetallic principle as shown in Figure 2. The walls remain bent, the wall panels deform the building, and the fittings become difficult to store and slide, which not only impairs the aesthetics but also reduces the original functions of heat insulation, shielding, and sound insulation. There was this inconvenience.

[Means for solving the problem] This invention was made with the intention of solving the above problem. By constructing the surface strips, thermal deformation caused by temperature differences can be absorbed at the abutting areas between the individual surface plates, and the deflection due to thermal deformation of the panel itself can be minimized to provide insulation, shielding, and The object of the present invention is to provide a construction panel characterized by being able to firmly maintain a sound insulation function.

Figures 3 and 4 show a first embodiment of this invention, in which the panel of this invention is used for a rain door. In the figure, 1 is a surface plate that can be located on the indoor side, and 2 is a surface plate that can be located on the outdoor side. A heat insulating core material 3 such as urethane foam is filled between these surface plates 1 and 2. In this case, the outdoor surface plate 2 is bent into an acute angle as shown in FIG. 3, and abutment flange portions 4b and 4c are provided at the upper and lower ends, that is, at both shorter ends, of the elongated projection 4a that serves as a drainer. A plurality of surface strips 4 having a surface strip 4 are brought into sliding contact with each other in the same direction. A plurality of surface strips 4 are formed by contact polymerizing the surface of the contact flange portion 4b.

In the panel or shutter of this invention constructed as described above, even if the surface plate 2 located on the outdoor side becomes high temperature due to sunlight etc. and the temperature difference between it and the indoor side becomes large, thermal deformation due to the temperature difference will not occur. Since it can be absorbed at the abutting portion between the individual surface strips 4, 4, ie, the overlapping portion of the abutting flange portions 4b, 4c, the deflection due to thermal deformation of the shutter itself can be minimized, and insulation and shielding can be achieved. It is possible to prevent deterioration of functions such as sound insulation and the like, and there is no risk of interfering with opening and closing of the shutters, so it can be used for a long period of time.

Figure 6 shows a second embodiment of this invention.
This is a case where the surface plate 1, which can be located on the indoor side, is composed of a plurality of divided surface strips 6, 6, . . . . With this configuration, the deflection of the shutter itself due to thermal deformation can be further reduced, and various functions can be further improved. In this case, the surface strips 6, 6... are not placed side by side with each other in an engaging relationship, but
As described above, they may be slidably abutted against each other in the same direction.

Note that in the second embodiment, other parts are the same as those in the first embodiment, so the same parts are given the same reference numerals and the explanation thereof will be omitted. Also, the surface strips of each panel are not necessarily used horizontally, but can also be used vertically.

[Effects of the invention] As explained above, according to the panel of this invention, at least one surface plate is composed of a plurality of surface strips that are slidably in contact with each other in the same direction. By locating this surface plate on the high temperature side, thermal deformation caused by temperature differences can be absorbed at the contact area between each surface plate, and therefore, the deflection due to thermal deformation of the panel itself can be minimized. As a result, excellent effects such as being able to maintain the original functions of the panel such as heat insulation, shielding, and sound insulation are obtained, and its utility value is remarkable.
