In the dual nozzle device as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 52-133362 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-2331, two
Since the confluence point of the seed resin is located away from the nozzle opening, and there is no means to separate the two types of resin close to the nozzle opening, the pattern formed there is a combination of the two types of resin. As a result of kneading, the boundaries become only blurred patterns with unclear boundaries, and it is considered extremely difficult to mold a molded product having a pattern with clear boundaries.

The present invention aims to provide a molding nozzle with a new structure that can create a linear pattern by mixing colors and that pattern is obtained by a core within the nozzle body.

This resin passage 3 is divided into a required number of passages 3a, 3a by a plurality of axial ribs 5, 5 protruding around the tip of the core 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a channel for the material resin for pattern formation, and a communication channel 4a is opened in a part of the channels 3a, 3a, and the channel is made into a channel through which two types of material resins A and B having different colors flow. There is.

aと樹脂路4との連絡数によつて定まる。 Note that the number of divisions of the passage 3a can be arbitrarily selected depending on the shape of the molded product, and the number of patterns can be determined according to the shape of the molded product.
It is determined by the number of connections between a and the resin path 4.

Further, the material resin B is extruded from the passage 4a to the passage 3a, and slips into between the material resin A and the core 2. As a result, the flow of the resin material A is partially mixed with the resin material B, and moreover, the resin material B is shaped into a linear shape by the dividing passage. When the injection is performed from the nozzle opening 6, a linear pattern 8 appears on the molded product 7 made of the resin material A, as shown in FIG. The pattern 8 is radial on the surface perpendicular to the nozzle of the molded product 7, and vertical stripes on the parallel surface, and the color is a mixture of the colors of the two resin materials A and B. The color tone of this pattern 8 varies depending on the length of the distance from the position where the material resins A and B meet to the nozzle opening 6; the longer the distance, the more the mixing progresses, and the shorter the distance, the stronger the color of the material resin B becomes.
Furthermore, the clarity of the pattern 8 is different from that of the other passages 3a, 3a.
Each passage 3 depends on the merging position with the material resin A.
When a and 3a are formed up to the tip of the core and merge near the nozzle port 6, the line will appear in a sharp pattern, but the merging point will be at the nozzle port 6.
The further away the line becomes, the more indistinct it becomes.
It blends into the color of the material resin A that forms the molded product 7, forming a blurred pattern.

る。 As mentioned above, this invention uses the resin path 3 formed between the nozzle body 1 and the core 2 within the nozzle body.
A required number of passages 3a, 3 at least at the tip of the core
A, and a part of the divided passages 3a, 3a and another resin path 4 are connected, and another material resin B is added to the material resin A forming the molded product 7, and the molded product is Since the required number of linear patterns 8 are formed in the nozzle, there is no need to provide a special member inside the nozzle body as in the past, and only the core is processed, which makes the nozzle structure particularly complicated. There is no such thing. In addition, the linear pattern and color tone can be varied by selecting the length of the dividing passage and the confluence point of the material resin, and the feature is that molded products with the same pattern can be obtained as long as there are no changes in the molding conditions. .
