Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はシヨツト粒の流量調節装置に関する。
従来、第1図及び第2図に示す如く、基端が回転
軸21に軸支され、かつ上面にゴムシール22を
貼着したダンパ23の一端を、開閉シリンダ24
のピストンロツド24aに回転可能に連結して該
開閉シリンダ24の作動によりダンパ23を上部
のシヨツト導入管25の下端開口部に接離可能に
設けて該開口部を開閉できるようにするととも
に、該開口面積を調整できるようにしている。し
かし、これはダンパ23によつて前記開口部を確
実に閉鎖するための芯出し作業が困難であり、ま
たゴムシール22の取換え作業に手間がかゝり、
さらには前記回転軸21を支持する軸受26の設
置に広いスペースが必要であるなどの問題があつ

る。1は弁本体で、この弁本体1には、水平段付
状で、かつ一側が盲らの摺動孔2が穿設してあつ
て、この摺動孔2には、シヨツト流の流路3が直
交状に貫通穿設してある。また、摺動孔2内部に
は、大径軸4aと小径軸4bから成り、これらの
段付部に大径つば4cを周設した段付軸4が蓋部
材5を摺動自在に貫通して内部に突出し、該小径
軸4bには、摺動孔2径より若干小径の円筒ゴム
状の弾性部材6が摺動自在に嵌合してあるととも
に、小径軸4bの端面には、座金7を介してボル
ト8が螺子込んであり、弾性部材6が抜け出さな
いようにしてある。また、段付軸4は一端を弁本
体1のフランジ部に螺着支持された支持板9上面
に取付けられたシリンダ10のピストンロツド1
0aにカツプリング11を介して連結されてい
て、シリンダ10の作動により、弾性部材6は摺
動孔2に沿つて摺動移動するとともに、シリンダ
10の押出し作動により、弾性部材6は摺動孔2
の段付面に圧着されて径方向に膨張した状態とな
り、シヨツトの流路3を確実に遮断できるように
なつている。12及び13は弁本体1の上・下面
にフランジ部を介して螺着されたシヨツト導入管

た、シヨツト粒の流量を調節する必要の場合に
は、シリンダ10のストロークを変えることによ
り、流路3の開口面積を調整しシヨツト粒の流量

エヤーの漏れが完全に遮断できるなどの効果を有
