Claims (1)
りなる発熱線をセラミツク焼結体に埋設して成る
セラミツクヒーターを用い、該セラミツクヒータ
ーの発熱線の両端部が取付金具の後端部で端子電
極となる中軸及びその外側に配設したリード管又
は取付金具にそれぞれ接続されて導出される電気
的接続構造を有し、上記中軸・リード管・固定ス
リーブ又は中軸・固定スリーブ間をガラス封着さ
れ一体化した中軸組立体として形成されてなると
共に、上記組立体の固定スリーブの上端面を取付
金具の開口端周縁でかしめ固定して成る構造を有
するセラミツクグロープラグにおいて、前記取付
金具の開口端面の周縁でかしめられる中軸組立体
の固定スリーブの上端部側面にローレツト加工を
施してなることを特徴とするセラミツクグロープ
