た部分側断面ならびに部分外形側をそれぞれ示し
た図、第６図はロール軸の中心線の湾曲状態を示
す説明図である。 １……ロール軸、２……デイスタンスピース、
３……玉軸受、４……ボビンケース、５′……外

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 緩やかに湾曲し、両端を軸承部によつて支持
されるロール軸と、このロール軸に回転自在に係
合され、軸方向に分割配設された複数個のボビン
ケースと、これら各ボビンケースの外周面に嵌挿
密着し、前記ボビンケースと一体に形成された外
被ゴム筒とからなるエキスパンダーロールにおい
て、前記外被ゴム筒を各ボビンケース毎に分割し
て各ボビンケースの外周面にそれぞれ一体に係合
するとともに、これら各ボビンケースを、広幅金
属リングの外周部にゴムリングを一体に接着して
なるゴムカツプリングを介して互いに連結したこ
とを特徴とするエキスパンダーロール。 ２ 外被ゴム筒は各ボビンケース外周面に焼付け
または接着によりそれぞれ一体に接合されたもの
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のエキ
スパンダーロール。
