Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily compare a material body to be monitored with a picture to be a reference by displaying the picture to be the reference and a picture of the material body to be monitored on different areas in parallel at the same time on the screen of the same monitor. CONSTITUTION:A material body 11 is fed by a feeder 14 and a rotating shaft of the feeder 14 is connected to a rotating position sensor 15. A video signal of a picture being a normal reference of the material body is written in a prescribed area of a memory 19 and recorded. By a signal of a control part 17, a luminous device 18 emits light, the video signal of the material body 11 is obtained by a television camera 12 and the video signal is written in the prescribed area of the memory 19. The two video signals are read and displayed on different parts for each picture of a monitor 13, the two pictures are compared, and the moving material body is monitored as a still picture.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a moving object monitoring device that continuously monitors a moving object. The present invention relates to a moving object monitoring device suitable for monitoring.゛ [Prior art and its problems] In order to monitor a moving object while it is still moving, a method has been adopted in which the object is displayed as a still image and checked on a monitor. This system digitizes the video signals of moving objects captured at predetermined intervals and writes them into memory.
The signal is continuously retrieved from memory and displayed on a monitor as a still image. The AD-converted video signals are sequentially written into the memory. This allows the image of a moving object to be displayed as a still image that changes at regular intervals.

FIG. 2 shows a method of monitoring using still images as described above. In FIG. 2, the object 21 moves from right to left and the imaging bag [2
2, an image is obtained and displayed on the monitor 23 as a still image. After the object 21 has moved a predetermined distance, the portion of the object 210 song is similarly displayed on the monitor 23. This process is repeated to check the books 21 one after another.

However, even if a moving object is captured as a still image, it is updated sequentially, making it difficult to discover defects in a short period of time. Also, in order to compare with normal images, both the monitor image and the pond image are used. There is a problem that it must be done.

The object 11 is being moved from right to left by the feed station 14. The rotating shaft of the feeding device [14] is connected to a rotational position sensor 15. The position control unit 16 generates a pulse signal at a specified position in response to the signal from the position control unit 15.
7. The control unit 17 controls the operation of the device, and controls the operation of the light emitter 18 and the like. The memory 19 records video signals from the television camera 12, and writing and the like are controlled by a memory controller 20. The video signal recorded in the memory 19 is displayed on the monitor 16.

The light emitter 18 emits light in response to a signal from the control section 17 . At this time, a video signal of the object 11 is obtained by the television camera 5/12, and this video signal is AD converted and written into a predetermined area of the memory 19 as a digital signal. Of course, this area must be different from the area in which the video signal of the reference image is written.
